18/11/2025: Really rude cashier, I felt treated very badly: I ask for a focaccia to take away, the cashier puts it on the man at the register without saying anything to him, I go to pay and he looks at me rudely shaking his head as if to say "what do you want?" I indicate that I have to pay for what his colleague put next to him, he looks left and right at eye level mockingly, I tell him to look to his side again pointing and saying that I took what his colleague put next to him at the register. The colleague confirms, he counters that I should have been the one to speak and tell him what I had to pay, I reply that I don't know their organization regarding food to take away and that I imagined it was customary to wrap it and put it near the register (even if the person handling the money shouldn't touch the food even if it's wrapped) so I wasn't required to say anything else. Furthermore, I could also have had a language problem, it's useless to offend and make fun of it by also nervously banging things and slamming the focaccia on the counter afterwards Paid? Or would the most efficient thing for everyone be for the cashier to pass a food item to the cashier and say, "The gentleman took this." I think you're done.

13/11/2025: Paradise exists, and I've been there.... One evening, unable to continue my truck's journey, I found myself needing to find a place to have dinner and perhaps a drink. Googling, I came across Beer House Project. Even though it was more than 2 km from my truck's parking lot, I decided to take a stroll anyway and try it out, and I couldn't have made a better decision! Amazing place, excellent sandwiches and schiacciatas, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, but above all, exceptional beer! Ten taps with beers from Italy and Europe, constantly changing but always offering a unique and unforgettable experience for every beer lover. The staff is super friendly and always ready to offer advice. Barbara is one of a kind! If you're in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. If you're not in the area, plan a visit to Beer House Project because it's worth it. Guaranteed!

06/12/2025: Bar accanto al Centro di Ricerca del Padule di Fucecchio, ideale per uno spuntino dolce o salato (discreta la pizza) o anche come punto di incontro vicino alla strada Regionale Francesca Nord.

06/09/2025: Location located in the historic center of Lucca. Professional staff. Excellent cold cuts. Very good beef tartare, excellent quality meat.

04/02/2026: Fantastic place, very friendly owner and staff, everything perfectly themed. Delicious food; we tried the platters, which were amazing. Next time we'll get the sandwiches so we can try those too. The Harry Potter-themed spiced beer was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

01/02/2026: We arrived at 9:00 PM, and it's 11:00 PM and still not even a hint of sandwiches. It's unfair that there are only three people managing a packed place, especially on a Saturday night. At 11:15 PM, after asking at the cashier, the waitress and the cook brought our dishes, and at least they apologized for the inconvenience. A place like this, packed with people, can't be managed by three Christians. And then... SAVE THAT POOR PARROT. He was sitting there in the entrance, in the middle of the chaos, in a tiny cage. Every time he tried to fall asleep, he would jump at some noise or someone making fun of him. Despite all this, we still paid the full bill. It's not worth it.

10/10/2025: A small bar, with a family atmosphere where you are welcomed by a sunny and smiling girl, with small typical rice and cream sweets that I would say are excellent, a unique location and worth a visit... if you pass by, a stop is a must.

25/08/2025: Lots of drama, little substance. High prices, watered-down coffee, and sugary, expensive desserts. I asked for a glass of water with my coffee and thought/hoped my partner would get one too: she had to ask again... all at an excruciatingly slow pace...

07/01/2026: Updated January 2026. I absolutely don't want to take anything away from other lovely pastry shops in the city, but in my opinion, Caffè Valiani is a cut above the rest, especially for the atmosphere in this magnificent location. I've had breakfast at this beautiful and historic Pistoia café several times. The cream-filled croissant is very good, and the prices are average—in fact, slightly lower than some of the more well-known cafés in my city. The rice pudding is fantastic.

04/01/2026: Nice place, dirty bathroom, slow service, and overpriced. Not recommended for an aperitivo.

24/08/2025: Great pizza at great prices—takeout and eat in. It's like a diner with paper plates—but the pizzas are fantastic!
