02/05/2025: Eating at Osteria Tre Colli is like doing it at home, or rather, in a typical Ragusa house. We ate excellent tagliolini with sausage ragù, ricotta ravioli with pork ragù and a sublime pasta at the Palermo location. Apart from a small hiccup during service (we had ordered short pasta instead of tagliolini but it went well anyway!), the experience was excellent. Then if you have lunch on the terrace overlooking the main church (a baroque marvel), overlooking the square, well, the flavor of those dishes increases! I highly recommend it

02/05/2025: Posto molto carino, ottimi antipasti, buon primo piatti ( Ravioli) e ottimi secondi piatti.. prezzi abbordabili.. consiglio ✌🏻

25/04/2025: We had reserved the table that same morning for lunch. The wait was a little too long especially for the first course, the starters. The fried ricotta and radiccio with ragusan provola are very good, must try! Among the first courses chosen, in order of preference: cavati alla norma, truly exceptional, excellent sauce and ingredients; lollini with pistachio pesto, also in this case really tasty as the flavor of the pistachio was strong; finally for the seafood linguine, I think we could do better. The location as well as the welcome is very familiar and rustic. The lady is really nice!

20/04/2025: È ottimo, ristorante, una infinita di antipasti di pesce sia cotto che crudo ottimi i primi, secondi eccellente, il tutto con ottimo vino.

04/05/2025: Staff kind, welcoming and listening, which makes a plus. We had a pizza night and our pizzas were spot on!

01/05/2025: Dinner on 05/01/2025 in the center of the Modica marina with seats inside and outside on the verandas overlooking the sea. Friendly and professional staff, although as soon as we entered one girl in particular seemed unkind and a little unfriendly. I took a porcine pizza made up of mushrooms, sausage, cheese and rocket to which I added a base of tomato sauce, which was really good. The fries were very good, crunchy and not oily. Clean and separate bathrooms.
