The star of the evening was undoubtedly the tuna; a truly extraordinary raw material, cooked with rare mastery that preserved its incredible softness, making it almost velvety on the palate. I had never tasted such tender and perfectly cooked tuna, a sensational dish that does justice to the island's great seafood tradition. The culurgiones, carefully presented, were also delicious and bursting with that authentic flavor that only Sardinia can provide. Sincere praise goes to the chef for the outstanding quality of the cuisine and to the entire staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. My compliments for their passion and professionalism. Highly recommended!

15/09/2025: I went a few evenings with friends. The food was absolutely local and incredibly plentiful. They offer a variety of dishes with a set menu. Their suckling pig? The best I've had in Alghero. Congratulations!! Friendly service, and I want to say thank you to the gentleman in charge of cooking the suckling pig, who was truly gracious in his welcome. For the presentation of the farm, the tasting, and the conversation, it was much appreciated!

The menu indicates which fish is locally available fresh and which is prepared frozen seasonally, providing good transparency. The two servers were very friendly, relaxed, and prompt. For good food in Castelsardo, we can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

19/09/2025: A small trattoria in Pozzo San Nicola, a laid-back place with a delightful little garden. We ordered suckling pig with potatoes this morning, delicious and plentiful. The cheeses and tumbarelle pastries were also delicious. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Discovered this year, we'll be back.
