10/10/2025: A respectable pastry shop, also stocked with many gluten-free and vegan products, which is a godsend for those of us who are intolerant!
Not just your typical vegan croissant, but they have a huge selection!
They pay close attention to cross-contamination, and the service is provided by very friendly staff.
I absolutely recommend it; parking is always available.
Last but not least, Illy coffee is always my first choice and my go-to.

It's always wonderful to see businesses offering so many plant-based products, and even better when they're delicious. I've tried their breakfast pastries, mini pastries, and cakes (all vegan, of course), and I can say I've always been blown away!

28/02/2026: I'm still sitting here at the table, completely satisfied with my lunch at La Pignata. Friendly service, excellent cuisine, and good music. A relaxed atmosphere and attentive, smiling service, even accommodating requests for variations, like my amazing spaghetti with mussels in white sauce, with just 3 or 4 cherry tomatoes... exceptional! 😍
Thanks to all the staff, I'll take home so much pleasure!
06/01/2026: We went with a group of 26 friends to lunch at this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Otranto on January 3, 2026. We were welcomed by Mrs. Doriana with warmth and kindness. The food and price were excellent. I highly recommend it.

Excellent! I'm back to this welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Lecce, under Porta San Biagio. The food is high-quality and well-prepared.
The table service is also excellent, courtesy and empathy from Alessio and Francesco.
Andrea's warm welcome was professional, courteous, and kind.
The quality/price ratio is truly excellent. A must-try if you're in Lecce.
Compliments, highly recommended.
18/01/2026: Disappointing!
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while.
Unfortunately, the menu and the dishes were disappointing. The Blunotte linguine with stracciatella and shrimp tartare had a predominantly buttery flavor, and the fried ingredients were not crispy and had a strong oily taste. We asked for a change of pasta (fresh tagliolini) but were denied as it was unavailable.
The desserts weren't satisfying either...
The location appears dim and cramped.
Our table was wedged into a recess with the chairs literally attached to those of the next table, making it cramped and suffocating.

You can choose from an "aperitivo" platter with many small portions, a mini sandwich with cured meats, various cold cuts, a small plate of ravioli, eggplant in oil, or a mini salad with salmon and orange. You can also choose from a variety of delicacies, such as a delicious, generously filled fried calzone, or other specialties. Good coffee and creamy coffee. You can also order a brioche with gelato. Very reasonable prices. A pleasant discovery. 2025 is a confirmation: the quality of the aperitivo platter and the friendly service.
14/09/2025: Quality, kindness, and courtesy are three rare traits found in a venue, but at Bar Castrum in Castrignano del Capo, they're a hallmark.
We arrived late for aperitivo, which was just closing time, yet the staff greeted us with a sincere smile and great professionalism. They patiently waited for us to finish, never making us feel rushed.
An experience worth repeating: we'll definitely be back, and this time on time ;-)

06/10/2025: A pleasant evening with friends in a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and excellent pizza with a perfect, very light dough. I highly recommend trying the excellent artisanal spumoni, especially the pistachio one with candied clementines. The chocolate one with cocoa beans and figs is also excellent. Parking is difficult, but not impossible.

The super welcome, curated by Artur Bodini & Family, immediately set the stage for an experience of typical Salento flavors. The Chef has carefully selected the portions, just as the waiting staff is always very attentive to the customers' needs. The freshness of the raw materials is truly exhilarating on the palate, as are the suggestions for pairings with excellent wines from the best wineries, exceeding all expectations! Comfortable atmosphere both summer and winter with a room that has the warmth of family ❤️ thank you so much for this fantastic experience. See you again soon. Highly recommended!!!
