04/03/2025: The location is very beautiful and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service was not up to par: the staff proved to be unfriendly and unhelpful. As for the food, the polenta was tasteless and lacking in character. A real shame, because the place would have a lot of potential.

22/02/2025: As far as the upper floor was concerned, everyone was very distracted and when I asked for information it was never exhaustive, while as far as the lower floor was concerned, the girl at the checkout was so unpleasant that it made me no longer want to sit at the table. The quality/price ratio is very low considering that for such small portions I would have spent less going to a serious restaurant, while the volume of the music is very high considering that they have no right to impose their bad taste on the entire surrounding area. Finally, I saw the champion I mentioned previously eating with her hands directly from the trays that were served to customers, which, added to what I just said, made my hands itch quite a bit.

21/12/2024: 5 minute wait to order even though there were 5 bartenders, 3 of which were standing laughing and joking with each other. You manage to order the prosecco, when I get the receipt the cashier tells me that 3.50 cannot be paid with the POS, I reported it to the finance police. I left without consuming. Get organized and maybe clean the counter

17/12/2024: Sono stata in questo locale per aperitivo. Oltre 2 calici di vino abbiamo ordinato delle acciughe a verde e dei grissini. A parte che le acciughe erano 6 mezze acciughe … credo per 12 euro… ma soprattutto ci hanno messo in conto i grissini per 3.50 euro. E’ la prima volta che mi trovo a prendere un calice di vino per aperitivo e che non non mi arrivi niente da spilucchiare e che mi facciano pure pagare il pane e i grissini come fosse un coperto.

08/01/2025: If you are in the area and want to drink a good coffee, go elsewhere, if you want a good aperitif with a platter that doesn't look like the advances of previous meals, go elsewhere, if you are in the area and need to grab a quick bite, go elsewhere. If you expect to be served with kindness and not be insulted when you point out that you paid for one product and they served you another, definitely go elsewhere. In short, there is no reason why this place is worth it, even under the coop, everything is definitely better, and even more so in the bar outside the shopping centre.

12/04/2025: Keeping Fiorio's name is a bit of a joke. Good coffee, for goodness sake, €2.50 if you sit at a table. What's funny is the sign posted in front of the bathroom...

25/03/2025: Bicerin disappointing. Very bitter and too liquid. I expected much better. Service however kind and fast.

19/03/2025: very bad experience, we had been out and about for many hours tired, we decided to buy a bottle of water and a coke (for €4 among other things) and then rest our legs by sitting down (we had played football). the problem is that we couldn't sit at the tables, and we weren't told this: we had spent too little. I don't recommend it in the slightest, very bad bar
