16/05/2025: If I could I would give 10 stars! A wonderful project, delicious food and an intimate and refined environment. As a vegan it was a surprise to discover that most of the customers are not, further proof that eating plant-based is for everyone especially when you do it in a creative way, with attention to raw materials and their seasonality. 19/05/2025: On May 18th I was in this place for my daughter's communion: in addition to the excellent cuisine, the entire courtyard at the back was made available to us for an aperitif and lunch, so the location was also excellent.

21/05/2025: I review the restaurant. We went to Marsupino to celebrate a special event and we had a great time. We chose a truly excellent tasting menu, accompanied by excellent local wines and also by a very popular Sicilian label. Each dish was taken care of in detail, well presented and with an impeccable taste. The ravioli with nettles and the nougat semifreddo were delicious. The service was very kind: they welcomed us with a smile and made us feel truly at home. The place is elegant, refined and perfect for special occasions. It was a beautiful evening, compliments to all the staff! We will definitely be back.

29/04/2025: Monday in Alba and the best clubs in the city closed. About 40 minutes from the capital of the Langhe, in the midst of hills of vines and hazelnut groves, a tiny, well-kept village at the center of which is this structure which has been dedicated to the refreshment of travellers, since 1901. The restaurant is mentioned by the red Michelin, but still has no star. Without a reservation we are warmly welcomed and seated in a room with a few tables and, given the time, we leave the chef and the sommelier free rein to let us discover their delicacies. A succession of 6 well-harmonised courses of local dishes served gracefully by the attentive dining room staff. Cost below expectations and could easily aspire to a star. Definitely worth returning, perhaps in autumn for the wine and the famous tuber of the area. Well done!!

13/05/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a very personal event, I'll start by saying that I travel a lot for work and I get to see a lot of hotels. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with such high standards of quality and customer care, in such a beautiful setting. Congratulations for the care you take in your work. well done

11/11/2024: Dietro ad un passaparola della Zocca emiliana siamo riusciti ad arrivare da Filippo! E che dire…la realtà è stata maggiore della immaginazione: i tajarin,il coniglio,la sua insalatina,la pesca caramellata bastano per inginocchiarsi davanti a questa eccellenza di chef che diventa una persona umile e normale quando passa al tavolo perché vuole sentire le critiche e magari anche due parole sul Blasco per poi dire, grazie di essere stati qui. Circa 310 km ci sono voluti per arrivare ma sicuramente a breve li rifaremo perché meritano la destinazione! Grazie Filippo di questo atelier di arte culinaria!

09/11/2024: Ein Herzlicher Empfang und eine freundliche Aufmerksamkeit den ganzen Abend lang. Wo unsere Italienisch Kenntnisse versiegten, half Filippo in besten Deutsch aus. Wir genossen Kaninchen vom Grill mit besonders zart knusprigen Röstkartoffeln dazu. Da an diesem Abend weniger Gäste da waren, wurde uns als Nachschlag das ganze verbleibende Kaninchen samt Beilagen angeboten welches wir, hungrig vom Radfahren begeistert annahmen. Ich fand dies das beste Essen auf unsrer 5 Tage Piemont Tour.

18/05/2025: We had lunch for my daughter's first communion, simple but good food, staff always available and kind. I recommend it for those with children because there is a large space outside to play. Excellent value for money.

27/05/2025: Very nice hotel, good location, free parking, very good breakfast, and a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view for dining. Unfortunately, this time I had a rather modest room facing the inner courtyard.

11/05/2025: Very specialty coffee shop. Nowadays I only drink more specialty coffee because once you start trying the good things you can't do without them. This place is truly exceptional in many aspects, among which the competence and passion for the specific professional field can be seen at first glance. In addition to having enjoyed an amazing filtered coffee, I also bought some packs to try at home. I'm writing this review after drinking a cup prepared by me at home, which was amazing. In short, a place you absolutely must try.
