The wine selection was excellent, and the sommelier's service was professional. It's a shame they don't use tablecloths; the elegant plates, like the splendid glasses, are placed directly on the table. The service was prompt and courteous.

21/02/2026: A casual restaurant, located near the Cherasco (Cuneo) highway exit and the road to Mondovì, making it easy to reach from all directions. The staff are friendly and very professional, and the dishes are delicious: the anchovies in green sauce, the veal with tuna sauce, the tajarin pasta, and the bunet (a kind of pasta) are amazing. The local wines are also excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

We were satisfied with the Piedmontese cuisine, and more: a platter of excellent cured meats, a delicious veal with tuna sauce, and a light and satisfying Langhe salad with lamb's lettuce, walnuts, pears, and cheese. Everything was washed down with a nice glass of Arneis.
