13/07/2025: Excellent pastry shop, innovative and elegant in its production of miniature patisserie and cakes. The brioches are a masterpiece. Each one is a "dessert" that offers you an immersive journey through refined and expertly combined flavors with every bite. You can see the care, research, and skill that goes into creating desserts that are never ordinary. Truly excellent. You can also reserve a table online, which is truly convenient. I only recommend spacing the tables a little further inside. In any case, it's unmissable.

13/07/2025: We went for a lunch in this nice place in Acqui Terme. Impeccable service, very friendly. Superb food and the wine that was suggested went very well with all the courses. Wonderful experience and when we will be back in the Piemonte, we will most certainly visit this place again.
12/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Il Moncalvo Restaurant, located in the charming loggia of a historic 16th-century building in Acqui Terme. The location is simply enchanting: an elegant and timeless atmosphere that offers an immersive experience, perfectly balanced between history and refinement.
We ordered two appetizers and two fish main courses: each dish was a pleasant discovery. The presentation was meticulous, almost artistic, and the flavor combinations were original and unexpected, a sign of careful, creative cuisine that respects the ingredients.
The service made the evening even more enjoyable: the manager was friendly and helpful. Special praise also goes to the waitress, who was charming, affable, and attentive, always attentive but never intrusive.
In short, Il Moncalvo proved to be a delightful discovery: a restaurant that combines quality cuisine, welcoming service, and a unique architectural setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-end dining experience in Acqui Terme. It feels like we're overlooking the fact that our big dog Byron was also chocolate and very welcome.

21/05/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relais Villa Pomela, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape from the city. The villa itself is charming and elegant, with well-preserved historical architecture and tasteful decor.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the garden. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting.
This hotel is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined stay in the Italian countryside. I will definitely return!

03/06/2025: My friend and I went on Saturday night... We had a krumiro... It was as hard as a rock... We tried several times to break it, in the end it bounced without breaking, the service was decidedly slow... The bitter, at least the good one, 10 minutes to count 3 things... I would say not to be repeated

06/07/2025: Nice restaurant in Valenza. We went for a walk around town and stopped for lunch. They offered us the fixed land menu for €10. Incredible. All inclusive and at that price. I recommend it.
28/06/2025: Finally we ate at Ristorante Caffè Principe. The Trofie all'Ortolana were excellent, the Tuna Tagliata in a sesame crust, baked potatoes and Tiramisu were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised. Congratulations to everyone. See you soon.

14/07/2025: Sconsiglio vivamente per torte di compleanno o altro. Chiamo per ordinare una crostata di frutta per 6 persone. chiedo se è possibile mettere lamponi e fragole e mi dicono nessun problema e chiedo anche di aggiungere una scritta buon compleanno. Vado per ritirarla e c’erano solo i lamponi più altri frutti, e su questo va bhe, magari le fragole non le avevano.anche se almeno potevano farlo presente al ritiro della torta, ma non importa. Me la fa vedere da lontano e molto veloce mi chiede se va bene, io da lontano vedo un pezzo di cioccolato pensando ci fosse scritto buon compleanno. Arrivo a casa, apro la scatola per guardala meglio e ovviamente la scritta non c’era, chiamo per sapere se magari non c’era stato un errore , visto che anche la dimensione della torta mi sembra un po’ troppo piccola per 6 persone e mi risponde la cameriera, dicendo che lei me l’ha fatta vedere bene e che io non ho detto nulla, e che non c’era nessun errore, anche con tono poco carino. Morale , ho speso quasi 20 euro , per una torta minuscola ,non è fatta come volevo e mi sono anche sentita dire che la colpa era la mia perché quando da lontano,mentre stava andando alla bilancia io non ho fatto presente che mancava la scritta.
