28/08/2024: I had dinner in this beautiful place overlooking the panorama, with some friends. Very beautiful and evocative location with a view of the sea. We took the tasting menu with matching glasses, The food didn't seem anything incredible to us, certainly good, but the expectations were certainly higher; we ate in order, chef's entree, appetizer with steamed prawns (of the 4 dishes in degu, certainly the one I liked least, very basic and not full of flavour), passatelli with courgettes and prawns (waited for almost 1 hour, the sauce is a little loose compared to the pasta.....no), slice of swordfish (good) and finally as a dessert peaches and mascarpone foam (excellent) The service could have been better, in my opinion the worst of the evening, not very attentive and very detached. no presentation of the matching wines and minimal for the dishes...also the problem in the service of the first course, waited for almost an hour, after they served us the glass in stock, without anyone stopping to ask for anything. Considering that we spent €70 each for the 4 courses and 3 paired glasses, I am not satisfied in terms of expectations but also in terms of the relationship between the price paid and what we ate. Tasting of cannelloni = just enough Tacconi with broad beans = just enough Mixed grill of meat and livers = normal Dessert = insufficient Bill = for how I ate, very high Those who like a certain type of cuisine may be fine. I wouldn't go back.

The quality of the fish is always excellent...simple dishes according to tradition, don't miss the sea snails if you find them! ... the winter broth is absolutely worth tasting. 18/12/2024: Really a nice surprise. I was in Fano for work and, by chance, I went in to have dinner with a colleague. Warm and welcoming environment but with a touch of elegance, tasty food and attentive and quick service. I will definitely go back.

08/12/2024: It's not the first time I've eaten at this restaurant and I must say that the quality of the food is good and the menus it offers are convenient. I leave 3 stars because the last time I went, I opted for the December menu (see photo), which specifies that the proposed menu is intended for all members of the table. In this regard, given that my girlfriend doesn't eat fish, I asked both by phone before booking and on site if it was possible to still be able to use the menu, even if alone, because she would have opted for meat-based dishes and I was told there were no problems. Once we get to the place, the dishes begin to arrive and when I see the second course arrive, I realize that I was only served one first course and not two as written, so I decide to ask the waitress and I am told that as I am the only one to take advantage of this menu, the first courses were not two but only one. I'm sorry that this was specified only later, if I had known it before I would certainly have taken the other menu where I myself would have had the opportunity to choose the first one, since the surprise one that was served to me was not to my liking .

25/08/2024: Braceria Plinc is in the center of Acqualagna, a renowned center in the Marche famous for its truffles. Modern and welcoming venue, attentive and friendly service. Menu with meat and truffle-based dishes, all really excellent! Tried for lunch: Egg with parmesan and truffle, carbonara 2.0 with truffle and passatelli with fondue and black truffle. All truly excellent. Excellent value for money. Absolutely worth trying.

20/08/2024: We went for dinner, they welcomed us and took us to the table. The place was well looked after and welcoming. While we waited for the ordered courses they served a welcome of porchetta with truffle cream and crunchy flan. We took the Truffle Experience as a starter, which was really very good, especially the truffle egg scramble, the fondue and the carpaccio, first of all an EXCELLENT carbonara 2.0 and a burrata tortello with roasted tomato cream, yellow datterino sauce and very particular basil. We stopped here because we were already full but I couldn't help but try a decomposed mascarpone. Excellent quality food at an affordable price.

23/04/2024: Tutti i martedì a pranzo Giovanni mi prepara un primo fresco con prodotti di stagione. Oggi un delizioso risotto con fave e asparagi. L'ambiente è familiare e accogliente, il cibo preparato con amore, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Una pausa che ricrea!!!!
