18/03/2025: Este no es su restaurante habitual de mariscos a lo largo de la costa del Adriático. Y eso es decir mucho porque a lo largo del mar aquí se puede esperar comer muy bien. Gigas está definitivamente un corte por encima. Para el almuerzo los cuatro empezamos con un atún a la parrilla, un plato fuera de menú, que se hizo a la perfección. Seguí con la rocciola hecha con papas fritas de rapa y violeta. Ligeramente hecho en el horno era pura delicia, ingrávido, suave, incluso dulce. Al otro lado de la mesa mis familiares tenían el especial diario, un espagueti en tinta de calamar, que puede ponerte los pelos de punta e incluso estropearte el día. Esta pasta en tinta fue la mejor que he probado. A mi lado, una sopa de ceci con vongole y una reducción de canocchie. Era suave y sabroso. Tuvimos un muy buen verdicchio de la carta de vinos y terminamos con helado de pistacho y un sorbete de frutas. Comida, notas muy altas. Refinado y muy satisfactorio. ¿El espacio? Estás justo encima del mar. Hay asientos interiores y exteriores, un jardín con asientos en verano. He estado aquí antes por aperitivo. Una noche de verano sería encantadora. Servicio, atento, inteligente, experto. Mi esposa y yo estamos en la zona 2 - 3 semanas más. Sin duda volveremos a Gibas.

28/03/2025: Delicious pranzo done today. We received a warm welcome and a very tasty meal. Photo is of our starter (is for 1 person, but more than enough for 2 :-) Highly recommended, we will definitely come back here!

20/03/2025: Good freshly caught and local fish, spaghetti al dente, (french fries, plentiful) courteous staff, quick service, average costs. The broth and the hot appetizer and the shrimp and courgette gnocchi are good. The seafood risotto, not exceptional: hard rice due to poor cooking, (still paid full price 22 euros). The snails are discreet, the sauce has a very intense flavour. The moretta discreet, perhaps because they make it with a bottled preparation. Good seafood tagliatelle, not a large portion.

08/04/2025: Osteria La Guercia in Pesaro is a real discovery! A welcoming environment with frescoed walls and an atmosphere that takes you back in time. We started with the croutons, fragrant and delicious, and a bean soup with pork rinds that was pure poetry. The lamb, very tender and tasty, was the absolute protagonist of the evening. And what about the house wine? Perfect to accompany every bite. An experience to be repeated, for those who love traditional cuisine and sincere hospitality!

23/03/2025: Da come mi parlavano di questa trattoria Pensavo di mangiare meglio. Abbiamo ordinato 2 bruschette molto buone 2 spaghetti alle vongole che mi aspettavo più buone e per aver mangiato solo questo nn e che abbiamo speso così poco. Ci tornerò per assaggiare altri piatti perché nn mi ha convinto molto.

06/03/2025: Ci siamo divisi 4 antipasti, una focaccia e un vino locale il tutto senza troppe pretese poco più di un aperitivo ma al prezzo di una cena di pesce! Adesso abbiamo capito come un locale così carino era così tremendamente VUOTO!!! Ne è valsa la pena soltanto per il gentile e professionale barman.

20/03/2025: Divinely eaten, in a place where the cuisine of the "old" tradition reigns supreme...from the pasta made strictly by hand, to the simply excellent second courses, we had for example tripe and beans with pork rinds, very tasty dishes that bring back memories of the cuisine of our grandparents and our elderly mothers....all delicious, definitely worth returning 😉👍

13/04/2025: On the first hills of the Marche, surrounded by fields cultivated with wheat and sunflowers, you are welcomed inside the restaurant by young and kind staff. Strictly Marche menu with homemade products, from starters to desserts. It also does a pizzeria with different variations, but personally I prefer the cuisine where everything is homemade. Rich wine list, fair prices for what is offered. Advised

01/04/2025: The place is cute, rustic. The food was good but not exceptional. There is cream in pappardelle with wild boar and we don't prefer it. The grill was a little stringy and the fried lamb was also a little tough. The pizza dough is light but lightly seasoned. Some time ago we were served by a kind and discreet boy but the last time a slightly nervous blonde lady, perhaps because there were so many of us🤷🏼‍♀️
