26/02/2025: unfortunately I have to report a serious lack of safety for a restaurant with 40 years of experience, an accident occurred to my mother who fell down the stairs going down to the basement where we had booked for lunch (a group of around 50 people), the fall was disastrous, the problem was not the staircase itself (however you have to be very careful where to put your feet to avoid putting your foot in the wrong place as happened to my mother) but all the objects arranged along the path near the wall and also hanging at the same time, as he fell he hit vases, lanterns, ceramic plates, even a rake with metal tips which fortunately hit his jacket and not his face, causing a deep cut and a lot of blood, we wanted to apologize for the commotion and inconvenience caused to the place, in fact the head nurse got very agitated asking how many vases we had broken, forgetting to ask if the lady was okay, I would say that with all the blood lost perhaps she wasn't well, thanks for allowing us to have lunch before financially fixing the problem caused, thank you for having agreed on a damage refund of only €50 without a receipt despite having damaged ceramic objects, unique pieces of much higher value, we are sorry that we broke family heirlooms, it was not our intention, I wanted to remind you that there is a ruling from the Supreme Court which speaks of damages due to negligence, the restaurateur must do everything possible to prevent accidents from happening within his premises.

13/03/2025: Very nice lunch. Deserves more than a 4 star, but not quite a 5 star. Tasty food. Very good prices for the quality. Cozy traditional atmosphere. My companion's Gnocchi di Bacco was outstanding. They were out of my preferred choice, so I had arrostino instead, as recommended by our server. It was fine. Also we received the wrong contorni, but we chose to just eat it rather than deal with a delay. Good wine selections/prices, especially for vino della casa. It is evident why these folks have such a well-regarded reputation.

20/03/2025: Good freshly caught and local fish, spaghetti al dente, (french fries, plentiful) courteous staff, quick service, average costs. The broth and the hot appetizer and the shrimp and courgette gnocchi are good. The seafood risotto, not exceptional: hard rice due to poor cooking, (still paid full price 22 euros). The snails are discreet, the sauce has a very intense flavour. The moretta discreet, perhaps because they make it with a bottled preparation. Good seafood tagliatelle, not a large portion.

23/03/2025: Da come mi parlavano di questa trattoria Pensavo di mangiare meglio. Abbiamo ordinato 2 bruschette molto buone 2 spaghetti alle vongole che mi aspettavo più buone e per aver mangiato solo questo nn e che abbiamo speso così poco. Ci tornerò per assaggiare altri piatti perché nn mi ha convinto molto.

20/03/2025: Divinely eaten, in a place where the cuisine of the "old" tradition reigns supreme...from the pasta made strictly by hand, to the simply excellent second courses, we had for example tripe and beans with pork rinds, very tasty dishes that bring back memories of the cuisine of our grandparents and our elderly mothers....all delicious, definitely worth returning 😉👍

06/03/2025: Ci siamo divisi 4 antipasti, una focaccia e un vino locale il tutto senza troppe pretese poco più di un aperitivo ma al prezzo di una cena di pesce! Adesso abbiamo capito come un locale così carino era così tremendamente VUOTO!!! Ne è valsa la pena soltanto per il gentile e professionale barman.

The price would be justified if the dishes were slightly more elaborate, a little imagination would be enough to avoid falling into the cliché of pasta with tomato sauce and grilled vegetables... In any case, recommended for a vegan meal in Pesaro.
