(a sharp bone in the gnocchi sauce) requested wine Not available (it happens) but offer an alternative at the same price or inform the customer of the difference from €18 to €25. Very long waiting times. Overall still good. Kind service.

But the real strength of this restaurant is the waiting staff who are always polite and professional……even with a certain professor…..;-) ….who always pushes tolerance to the limit but they remain kind anyway

02/06/2025: Hot appetizers arrived cold… the white wine brought 10 minutes after the appetizers… the first ones spotted in the waiter's hand while we were still eating the appetizers… which were taken back to the kitchen and I don't want to know how they were reheated… anyway even the latter were nothing special… maybe the pizza is worth saving… lots of people were eating it… €130 for nothing… I'm sorry but that's how it is…

Friendly and fast service, various proposals on the menu ranging from fried foods, tapas to more elaborate dishes. Good selection of beers, less wide choice of cocktails. The value for money is also good.

15/04/2025: Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più da una pasticceria tanto rinomata...,sono andata per un'esigenza particolare in quanto mi serviva un dolce per celiaci per la sera ho telefonato verso le 11.30 per ordinare un dolce su richiesta della persona e mi avevano detto che non era grande ma disponibile.
Mi hanno telefonato dopo 4 ore dicendomi che il dolce che avevo ordinato non c'era più e che potevano darmi 2 fette di torta.
Al momento del ritiro dopo aver aspettato non poco mi stavano rifilando 2 pezzi di millefoglie con glutine.
Grazie e solo grazie alla prontezza di un loro dipendente che andrebbe premiato per la sua scrupolosità e gentilezza ci ha consigliato di prendere 2 monoporzioni.
Sinceramente non so che sarebbe successo se per sbaglio mio nipote avesse mangiato una fetta di quella torta ...non oso immaginarlo.
Sinceramente la prossima volta mi rivolgerò a chi dimostra più professionalità e attenzione.

I liked the Jupiter more than the Rituel.

Panino buono nel gusto ma voto sufficiente, piccolo e con patatine simil sacchetto San Carlo.
Temperatura interna del locale molto fredda, riscaldamento probabilmente spento.
Non ho provato la pizza, che sembra il pezzo forte del locale dalle altre recensioni.
