In short, the food is excellent, with satisfying portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back. The restrooms are clean, and most importantly, there's a disabled-accessible bathroom.

30/10/2025: Lots of locals eat there. A good sign. With a shared antipasti caldo and a main course each, we were more than satisfied. So, don't overorder. We had a table right next to a window, which allowed us to see directly into the kitchen. Very nice. The fish soup was generous and could easily be shared between two people. Everything tasted delicious.

06/03/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at Osteria del Pozzo in the center of Ancona, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was very kind and courteous, making you feel immediately at ease. The location is very elegant and welcoming, perfect for a quiet dinner in the heart of the city. But the real highlight was the food: I had the best padellata in Ancona, truly delicious. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and have a wonderful evening. 20/02/2026: On a Sunday, we booked well in advance. A group of us enjoyed the house antipasti (complete with fried food), amatriciana, fried lamb chops, and some mixed grilled meats. Everything was good, but I didn't give it five stars because, aside from the lamb chops, everything else, while good, didn't have the wow factor. This is a warm and welcoming historic venue, with friendly staff and the same goes for the owners. The prices are medium to high, but in line with the quality of the food.

01/12/2025: Unfortunately, I must confirm what others have noted: problems finding the reservation; we waited 45 minutes to order, another 45, maybe even more, for three entrees, and another hour for three meats reheated and dressed with the same sauce, even though they were three different types of meat. At this point, we were literally abandoned, and to order desserts, we took advantage of the opportunity afforded to us by our neighbors, who had gone to call someone. I also wanted to emphasize that, if a food item is out of stock, as is stated when ordering, no substitute is brought to the kitchen. The worst thing was seeing two diners arrive about an hour later, eat everything first, and be treated as if the others weren't there or didn't pay the same amount. The only positive thing is the proximity to the hospital, because if you're coming from out of town to visit relatives at lunchtime, it's convenient to stop for lunch. Had I known the treatment options beforehand, I would have preferred to drive even 30 minutes to go elsewhere.

22/02/2026: The food quality is good, the portions are just right, a bit more like a restaurant than a trattoria. It's a shame that when you get the bill, the prices on the receipt are higher than those on the menu. We were charged more for our appetizer, two first courses, and a second course; it would be more appropriate to update the menu.

22/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant for lunch. Everything was wonderfully good, excellent ingredients, the delicate and tasty artichoke tart, the vincisgrassi!! A delight 🤪. We will gladly return, thank you 🤩
