26/08/2025: Chosen based on positive reviews, this seafood restaurant truly won us over. From the first appetizer, we knew we were in the right place: incredibly fresh fish, carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, with that touch that makes you feel at home and pampered by refined cuisine. The service was kind and friendly, never intrusive. Even the price was a pleasant surprise, considering the quality and attention to detail. What made the lunch even more special was the kindness of the owner: he offered us a taste of a local specialty, monkfish tripe. A dish we had never tried before, yet we were amazed by its delicacy and flavor. This attention to detail was truly appreciated and speaks volumes about the restaurant's spirit.

25/06/2025: Bella la location a due passi dal centro storico,curato l'arredamento e personale attento e gentile..in primis la proprietaria una signora veramente gentile. Il menù rimarca la tradizione marchigiani,tutto ottimo ,dall'antipasto (ricchissimo )al dolce. Prezzo ...essendo stata invitata non posso giudicare Unico neo .....ed è solo per questo che la mia valutazione è 4 anziché 5 .....la mancanza di insonorizzazione ...infatti essendo un locale molto frequentato le voci si sovrastano creando troppo rumore. Comunque consigliato

12/08/2025: Wide variety of choices from appetizers to desserts, exceptional raw seafood. Well-stocked wine list, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wait between courses is a bit long, but that's understandable for express dishes at this level. Excellent value. Recommended.

26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

21/08/2025: A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

The view alone could be a reason to return—but the food and atmosphere elevated the experience to something truly memorable. 👨‍🍳 Service with Heart and Humor The young team running the show struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Their light-hearted charm made us feel instantly welcome, and their attentiveness never missed a beat. 🥂 The Menu: A Symphony of Flavors Each dish was a celebration of local ingredients and culinary finesse. Two standouts stole the spotlight: - Tataki di tonno – delicately seared tuna, bursting with freshness and umami. - Tagliatelle tirate al mano con sugo di scoglio – hand-pulled pasta with a rich, briny seafood sauce that tasted like the sea breeze itself. 🍷 Wine Pairing The meal was perfectly complemented by a gorgeous white wine from the Marche region, enhancing every bite with its crisp and aromatic notes. 🌊 Final Thoughts Ristorante Delle Rose isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to savor, laugh, and linger. 10/09/2025: I visited Pulcinella restaurant and I must say I wasn't satisfied. The raw fish and seafood selection is interesting, and the location itself is nice, but the atmosphere doesn't reflect that of a high-end restaurant. The dining room is very large, and the design is reminiscent of an Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant, rather than an elegant one. The atmosphere was very noisy and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy the food in peace. The presentation of the dishes also didn't convince me: they used smoke and other visual effects typical of Asian restaurants, which were more theatrical than elegant. They even put a firework display on a plate of raw fish, which made me smile rather than be amazed. The waiters were helpful, but too agitated and noisy, lacking the care and calm one would expect from a restaurant that focuses on quality. Overall, I had the impression that the restaurant was designed more like an all-you-can-eat restaurant than a true high-end restaurant. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service, the overall experience, or even the price paid.

20/08/2025: Perfect atmosphere, we sat outside with our dog and we were all comfortable!! The aperitif was fantastic, then we had coffee and a croissant with cream... what can I say... divine... Fast service and very welcoming... what can I say... see you next time!!

During a guided tour of Leopardi's house, I stopped for a snack with my wife and children, and even though it was already past lunchtime, we were greeted with a smile by a very kind young woman who went out of her way to offer us something to eat. The rest followed suit... a charming location, excellent food, and above all, a carefully curated selection of soft drinks, natural wines, and craft beers. A stop at this place is a must in Recanti!
