04/10/2025: We went on a Friday evening with friends for an aperitivo. I should start by saying that this place is well-known in the area as one of the best ice cream parlors. There were six of us adults and a nine-year-old boy. We ordered five aperitivos (on the advice of the person who made the reservation over the phone). We were greeted at the entrance by the very kind and friendly staff (all women), who pampered us throughout the evening, making us feel at home. The place was spotless and welcoming. The large, generous platter was beautifully garnished and carefully arranged. I only use fresh, quality ingredients; the rest I'll leave to the photos I post. After paying the bill, which was very fair considering the quality/price ratio, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son. A young man, expert in his craft, who works with a smile plastered on his face and interacts with customers, which shows he does what he does with love. We were offered a complimentary amaro as we left the place. An experience to repeat, I recommend it.

29/10/2025: What can I say? It was our third time at this superb restaurant! Giorgio is always superb, not only as a chef but also as a person. His team is great (we were looked after by the very talented and friendly Alessia), and the dishes always deliver a truly memorable experience!

29/10/2025: We booked lunch for four people on Saturday. The restaurant is a beautiful place located in the center of Sirolo, next to the Gothic gate. It overlooks the sea from above, so you have a beautiful and evocative view where the sea meets the sky on the horizon. We opted for the tasting menu, two "classic" and two "stylish." It would be too much to list each of the dishes we ate to say they were good, because that's exactly what they were: they were fabulous and delicious, prepared with the utmost care. The quality of the fish was excellent. I've never eaten so well. From the cold and hot appetizers to the first and second courses—the tuna, the cod, the oysters, the polenta, the fish sauce, the tuna sausage—it was an experience I absolutely recommend and would do again a hundred times. Perhaps I would change to a tasting menu for two because the food was truly so much. The tuna sausage should be sold in supermarkets too, it's delicious!

12/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Fano, within the city walls. Upon entering, you'll be transported to the atmosphere of old-time Fano, with numerous photos depicting what was once one of the most important seaports in ancient times. In addition to the main dining room, the restaurant also offers another dining room on the lower ground floor. All the ingredients are fresh and homemade (the fish is truly excellent). I had the pleasure of trying a first course (ravioli) with prawns and vegetables, which was truly superb, and a swordfish steak with grilled vegetables. All this was accompanied by two glasses of Bianchello del Metauro wine. To finish, dessert was a must (the photo speaks for itself) and a typical Fano moretta. I can't wait to return to try everything else. Excellent prices, in my opinion. See you soon, and congratulations!

During a guided tour of Leopardi's house, I stopped for a snack with my wife and children, and even though it was already past lunchtime, we were greeted with a smile by a very kind young woman who went out of her way to offer us something to eat. The rest followed suit... a charming location, excellent food, and above all, a carefully curated selection of soft drinks, natural wines, and craft beers. A stop at this place is a must in Recanti!
