28/05/2025: I went there for lunch and, not knowing the place and the turnout, I booked a table to be safe. When I arrived, the place was full both inside (where I had my reserved table) and outside. Fast service, kind and helpful staff. The dishes I ate were delicious (mushroom ravioli and apple strudel). I will definitely be back! 🔝🔝

22/05/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant, and I was particularly impressed by the menu, the care of the service and the quality of the dishes I ordered. Appetizer tasting of various fish, excellent and perhaps a little too abundant. Second course monkfish Adriatic style!! Excellent in taste, excessive quantity. Regrettably I left half of the portion they served me there. Dessert tiramisu wrong!! Good!!

23/05/2025: Great selection of wines. Burgund, Deutschland/Pfalz, Champagne, Italia, Austria and more... The Monopole Herni Boillot a rollacoster. The Tuscan prosciutto phenomenal. Very friendly and attentive team. I will definitely be back.

19/05/2025: I stopped for a glass of red wine on May 4th. Nice atmosphere and welcoming place. Afterwards I went to eat at the Sartori butcher's shop opposite but they didn't have wine on the menu. They kindly told me that I could take it out and drink it during dinner in their restaurant. So I went back to Cantine Isola to get a bottle and have it opened (since the butcher's shop had also told me they didn't have a bottle opener). Here's the surprise. Wine was 24 euros but to open the bottle they wanted 12 euros more. The reason is that there is a difference between buying it for home and consuming it outside the restaurant. I explained in a thousand ways that I wouldn't consume the wine outside Cantine Isola but in a seated restaurant... in other words I simply asked for the courtesy of opening the bottle for me but the crazy internal rules made this impossible. How disgusting. I should point out that I didn't pay the 12 euros and had the restaurant next to Cantine Isola open the bottle for me. Thank you for this terrible service and for the total lack of flexibility.

18/05/2025: Stopping by for a drink before lunch, I was able to sit inside and enjoy the beautiful view of the many bottles on display: there's no doubt there's something for everyone! I enjoyed my drink with some appetizers offered at the counter. A small terrace on this pedestrian street allows groups to sit down for those who are lucky enough to find a table.

19/05/2025: Nonostante siano passai decenni, questo locale è sempre una garanzia! Il cibo è veramente ottimo con ingredienti di alta qualità, il servizio è quasi perfetta e la gentilezza del personale contraddistinguono questo locale praticamente in centro a Cassano d’Adda. Se volete mangiare un buon panino veramente gustoso questo è il posto ideale.

07/06/2025: We ate terribly. The portions were abundant and not of high quality. The seafood rice smelled bad and the rice was half cooked. The salmon was dry and sour, the butter was not spreadable. The price was too high for the quality offered. The table was set with 2 knives. Poor service.

17/06/2025: Service was lovely, atmosphere was immaculate, and the food was tasty we had burrata pizza, chicken curry with rice, and truffle pasta. I’m not sure if it needs a reservation, we walked in.

01/06/2025: I ended up there by chance while returning, and since I didn't book I stopped by quickly asking if they had a free table. The staff was very kind and also friendly, and they immediately prepared one for me waiting just a couple of minutes. Since I stopped for lunch I preferred to have a first course, which was very good, but they also make an excellent pizza that I will not miss the opportunity to try next time! Fair prices, good food and very friendly staff!

29/05/2025: Dopo due esperienze positive in questo locale specialmente per la pasta ai frutti di mare coperta con la base della pizza, questa volta non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Ho trovato sia salato il prezzo 14€ per una quattro stagioni e un'acqua a pranzo è tanto. La pizza molto generosa nelle dimensioni non mi sono piaciuti gli ingredienti (prosciutto non buono, funghi super secchi) e in generale la pizza arrivata molto molto secca. Tornerò e non do meno per le esperienze passate ma stavolta....
