29/08/2025: My third visit here. I found my peaceful shelter round here near the Stazione Centrale ... I today after ages succeeded in the new restart of organising my life. Nicely long tables, sockets, high stools and walls behind me make all the miracles that I desperately require. Hope to reconnect again soon and try some other coffee products here like Caffè Shakerato All'Avena Al Tiramisù.

18/05/2025: I'm sorry to write a very negative review, but you can't sit at the table, give me the menu, order and then after 30 seconds come back telling me that fried food or any fish-based dish can't be done because the fish was finished... unacceptable, then even though we wanted to leave we stayed and only ordered the first courses "linguine with clams" waiting over 40 minutes, not excellent dish, too much oil, not enough pasta... very expensive bill, two appetizers of courgette flowers; 4 linguine with clams, 5 coffees, still water, 1/2 litre of wine in total. €108.00 But the icing on the cake was while I was paying the very high bill, I saw at least 7/8 plates of fried food coming out of the kitchen for a table of 10 people who were celebrating a birthday I don't understand why the fried food was there for me no, even though I had also booked I'm sorry this was the 5th time I went and I had nothing to complain about just a little slow in the service, but I won't set foot there again...

03/07/2025: We went to this place on a Thursday night for a beer with friends: relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for chatting and unwinding a bit. The selection of beers is well-curated and of quality, you can see that there is a thoughtful choice behind it. The food was also a nice surprise: I had the hot dog and I absolutely recommend it. A special thanks to Francesco for the kind and attentive service!

04/06/2025: Ice cream 2 flavors €3.50!!! You would practically need a microscope to find the ice cream!!! I ask to put the meringue (he didn't have time to do it)!!! It was 4pm!!! When do you think you'll do it? Tonight???? Never again….

11/09/2025: An oasis in the chaos of Milan Central. Food delicious and Lino and Yuridia could not have been more helpful and generous with time in what was a new and unfamiliar environment for me. Thanks Guys.

10/09/2025: As soon I entered this place and tried to approach the sitting, a staff member come and kinda interrupt. I asked her that I'm looking for vegetarian menu and she showed me the menu at the counter near the entrance. I checked the menu and ordered a Margarita del pizzaiolo. After payment, cashier at the counter asked me to wait at the entrance and I was like what!! I told her that I am here for dine in. Her exact words: "if you have to sit and eat here, pay €2.5 more". When I asked the reason for €2.5, she told that €2.5 is the service charge to sit there. I opted for take away. When I checked the menu, service charge is not mentioned anywhere. Now I'm having this soggy Margarita del pizzaiolo sitting opposite Milan Central Station and B&B hotels. They are following the ill business practices. Why would you not inform the customer about the service charges beforehand taking the order and payment? Why would you ask a customer to wait at the entrance without asking for their preference? Staff behavior was cold and most probably judgy. As a tourist in Milan, I would not recommend this food chain to anyone. Avoid until you have some compulsion. They are definitely not into food industry, hospitality is not Rossopomodoro's thing.

It's perfect for a quick breakfast or a good coffee, both before and after catching a train. The atmosphere is always lively: the place is almost always packed, with a constant flow of travelers, yet service is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and professional, capable of handling even the busiest times. Prices are slightly higher than average, but understandable considering the strategic location, right in front of the station. In return, you get quality, speed, and the convenience of stopping in a historic and well-maintained location.

25/03/2025: I stopped in for lunch. As usual, I check the reviews, and they seem good...but the place probably isn't the same anymore! I thought I'd get something hot, but instead they only offered sandwiches. I have to say, the sandwich was good, but overall, I was disappointed.

12/08/2025: Great local pizza and kebab place. Very cheap and the staff is super friendly. If you are in the neighborhood try it out.

01/09/2025: It seems to have significantly deteriorated compared to a few years ago. Disorganized and rude service, dirty, and unjustifiably high prices. Plus, it's supposed to be a pastry shop, but the croissants seemed like the frozen ones you find in some bars.

19/05/2025: Bottiglieria is a dress that the owner Norie has sewn onto herself. It is no longer clear where Bottiglieria ends and Norie begins and vice versa. And one does not exist without the other. Carefully selected clientele. A place where, even if you go alone, you will not stay there for long. A place that quickly becomes familiar.

06/09/2025: The rudeness of the cashier/owner is disarming. She responds annoyed, as if she's doing you a favor. She berates the otherwise polite employees in front of customers. I've given this bar several chances because of the quality of its products and the politeness of the other employees, but this lady really puts me off going there. It's a shame. But considering Milan offers so many alternatives, the only shame is the owner, who, reading other reviews as well, will soon find herself with fewer customers.
