I bought a tiramisu to go. You have to pay first before you can pick it up at the dessert counter, so don't just stand in line at the counter; line up on the left to pay first!
The tiramisu was just okay, not as amazing as I expected. I'll try it again if I ever want to.

On April 26th, we stopped by and asked for table service. Despite having high-quality products (I've had coffee and pastries at the counter on several occasions), the table service leaves much to be desired. It takes too long and is poorly organized—it takes 25 minutes to get two freshly squeezed juices after I've asked. I don't feel comfortable paying the table service supplement if the service is poor.

I had a much better experience in Brescia! Nothing to complain about.
In Milan, I found the staff less than helpful. The brioches were filled with a rather runny cream, but the dough was good.
The cappuccino was very lukewarm.
The name is "Iginio Massari," and you'd expect fewer mistakes, let's say. I prefer other places at this point. I'll only go to Massari's in Brescia when I'm in the area. I'll avoid Milan.

In the heart of Milan, this excellent pastry shop offers limited seating, but it's worth the wait. Excellent for breakfast. We'll return several times because it's hard to choose what to order. Everything is excellent and beautifully presented.
