11/09/2025: I've always eaten gelato here, even though it's a bit pricey, because I think it's delicious. Unfortunately, I made the mistake this summer of stopping with my partner for lunch and having two piadinas. Calling them "offensive" is an understatement... Old, with inedible ingredients, and overpriced too... It's a shame to ruin everything like that.

08/06/2025: Hoy nos vamos de Milán y Mag era uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, así que decidimos tomar una última copa antes de irnos. Estábamos cortos de tiempo, pero de alguna manera estaban tan enojados. Nunca limpió la mesa, siguió haciendo comentarios desagradables a otros huéspedes y en 10 minutos ni siquiera trajo un menú. Entiendo que puede haber buenas razones para el estrés y usted elige cómo ejecutar su servicio en horas de mucho trabajo... pero el poi t de la industria de la hospitalidad para hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos, Mag simplemente falló el propósito esta vez por completo... Elija educar a sus huéspedes con amabilidad, o simplemente mantener a su torre de cristal y no se moleste con el día - servicio en absoluto.

25/05/2025: dropped in for a 2x coffees and 2x pastries 7€. quick service. i was worried looking at the comments but to my surprise the pastry was delicious and it was priced normal

19/10/2025: I was charged 10 euros for the second round of beers, just like the first, except they didn't bring me anything to eat. You wouldn't pay 10 euros for an IPA, even at a craft brewery. Not recommended: very high prices and average quality.

19/10/2025: 8 euro for a cola zero and 10 for a beer. And zero service from the staff. Need to have short skirt to get attention.

29/08/2025: I won't dwell on the quality of the gelato because it's also good. I'm giving it one star because I don't think I've ever seen a day when they respected the opening hours. Rainy days are fine, but even perfectly normal days, and I'd still be there for three hours and it was already closed. You can get excellent quality, but if you don't respect the opening hours, you're not going to get much use out of it. I advise anyone who wants to try it to call before finding themselves closed 2-3 hours early.

05/08/2025: It's 10:38 PM on a Tuesday night and the ice cream shop is closed, so they wave me away. The time in the photo, however, suggests otherwise. A word of warning to anyone who decides to get ice cream here in the future.

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

11/11/2025: €10.10 for a piece of toast (€7.50) and a bottle of water (€2.60) is excessive. The toast wasn't even toasted, it was slightly warmed, but the cheese hadn't even melted.

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place suddenly closed its doors after Easter and never reopened. I don't understand why it's still listed as open, with opening hours included. I even asked the shop next door if they knew what had happened, since I used to go there occasionally until the sudden closure, but they couldn't tell me anything.

08/11/2025: I actually saved this place just so I could leave a review. That’s how bad it was. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I came here with my dad back in September, about an hour before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been ruder. They kept reminding us they were closing soon, which was already annoying, and then they made us pay right away while we were still sitting down; we didn’t even ask for the check! They were just like, “you have to pay now and sit.” Seriously? Zero manners. Zero class. Zero etiquette. No wonder they have such a low rating. The manager really needs to step in and fix this.

07/07/2025: So, I ate here on April 30th, I just wanted a kebab piadina. First of all, he gave it to me with dirty tinfoil (with grease, meat, etc.), the kebab while I was eating it, was dripping with OIL (not sauce). And it was the FIRST time in my life that I couldn't eat a kebab completely. I threw away the remaining 1/3 because I couldn't take it anymore, it only tasted like oil. Exactly 30 minutes later I got a stomach ache that I wanted to throw up. And I don't have a very fragile stomach, stomach ache (due to something I ate) happens to me like 1 time every 3 years when I eat really rubbish. The gentleman was very kind, but personally I will never go there again

28/06/2025: ZERO hygiene. Dishes and utensils rinsed (not even washed) by hand. Mediocre food.

13/11/2025: Tasty food. The service & atmosphere were ok.

05/11/2025: Very disappointed! The €20 pizzas are disappointing. I do not recommend it 😱
