12/11/2025: €16 for a spritz and a tomato juice with practically nothing to eat (a small bowl of peanuts and a bowl of crisps not even enough for one person). Avoid.

07/04/2026: Great view of the Duomo, the food is good but you'll find better in the city. I recommend getting drinks to go to save a bit on the service charge for sitting down at restaurants in Italy.

23/03/2026: I chose this property through a booking portal where I had a fixed price. I decided to contact the property privately to find out the price. Saving about €40, I decided to book directly over the phone, mentioning the price quoted on the portal several times. When I paid, the lady informed me that the price was per night and not for the entire stay. In the end, I ended up paying €240 in cash, from the €150 quoted on the portal. Not to mention the lack of an extra blanket in the room and adequate radiators, the off-flavor yogurt served for breakfast, the distance from all the city's attractions, and the obvious lack of professionalism. Asking €120 per night in Capronno is bordering on insanity. Look around for better properties or get everything agreed upon in writing.

12/01/2026: We stayed for New Year's Eve, a very nice place. The only downside is the limited parking available.

03/05/2026: Tourist trap, pistachio pancakes are very bad. They were dry, the pistachio was just some crappy squeezed cream. They didn't even let me sit down.

07/07/2025: So, I ate here on April 30th, I just wanted a kebab piadina. First of all, he gave it to me with dirty tinfoil (with grease, meat, etc.), the kebab while I was eating it, was dripping with OIL (not sauce). And it was the FIRST time in my life that I couldn't eat a kebab completely. I threw away the remaining 1/3 because I couldn't take it anymore, it only tasted like oil. Exactly 30 minutes later I got a stomach ache that I wanted to throw up. And I don't have a very fragile stomach, stomach ache (due to something I ate) happens to me like 1 time every 3 years when I eat really rubbish. The gentleman was very kind, but personally I will never go there again

10/04/2026: A disappointing experience at the Lloa store located inside the Il Centro shopping center in Arese. Given that the author also works in the food service industry, we visited the store at 9:30 PM, still significantly ahead of the advertised closing time (10:00 PM), confident that the service would be fully operational. However, we were turned away on two separate occasions: initially, my wife, when requesting a juice, was told that the machine had already been cleaned; then, about ten minutes later, my children and I attempted to order frozen yogurt, only to receive the same explanation. This situation raises a rather obvious point: if products are no longer available half an hour before closing, it would be far more appropriate and transparent to indicate an actual end-of-service time, thus avoiding creating unmet customer expectations. Adding to the unpleasantness of the experience was the attitude of the counter staff, who seemed visibly annoyed by the time and reluctant to listen, revealing a sense of impatience with customers. In conclusion, we visited another store (Cioccolati Italiani), which, despite it being close to closing time, served and welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and to whom I offer my sincerest compliments.

21/02/2026: My husband and I stopped in with our 9-month-old baby. We ordered poke, which we said was excellent and fresh, but while we were eating, the owner noticed the baby was sleeping and turned off the music, something he's never done at other places. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place suddenly closed its doors after Easter and never reopened. I don't understand why it's still listed as open, with opening hours included. I even asked the shop next door if they knew what had happened, since I used to go there occasionally until the sudden closure, but they couldn't tell me anything.

26/02/2026: BAD! Stay away! This evening at 6:15 PM I came in with my two grown children, 10 and 13, after having been for a snack at a place where they make pancakes with a courtesy and kindness that this tobacco shop doesn't even know! I got water and would have had a coffee, also so that my parents and kids could use the bathroom too. I asked for coffee and water first and then the bathroom. The person I asked whispered to the owner and they told me the bathroom was occupied... OK, let's drink the water, it's open, let it be free. The bartender, the only kind one at least I think, told me he'd wait to bring it because I needed to use the services. A few minutes passed and I went to see if the bathroom was free and saw the door ajar with a girl who was practically finished, and then the owner came over and told me I had to wait because the bathroom wasn't free. In a very rude way, the girl inside said to me, "It's free, it's free!" At this point, I wanted to argue loudly, but I was with my kids and avoided it. I paid for the water and left. Outside, I explained what had happened to the guys, and from inside, the bartender noticed that I definitely wasn't happy. Terrible! Terrible service! Rating: 0

12/12/2025: I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable bar with excellent staff and a wide range of lottery and SuperEnalotto services, as well as specialized assistance for IQOS and GLO devices. Plus, the lunch and its quality are extraordinary.

02/01/2025: So the funny thing about those who leave negative reviews. And no offense, they're really stupid... also because 🤣😂😂😂 the place is closing and so they don't care anymore. And unfortunately it will close this end of the year... So avoid writing reviews hahahaha... I'm doing it because this place is not only beautiful, but I'm sad that the few remaining Milanese and historic places will close. But here it is 🤣😂😂🤣 it kills me... I think that a place that is forced to close because they don't renew the lease can unfortunately be less charismatic. Anyway, first of all in life: information. 01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

10/05/2026: A guy standing outside as a sign that this is probably a scam place. The prices are terrible. 3,50 Euro for a coffee with chocolate, plus 1 Euro service fee and 9 Euro for a turkey panino with not so fresh vegetables and 2 Euro service fee. The fees were written at the very bottom of the menu and I didn’t know I have to pay twice the service fee. I paid 13,5 first and because there wasn’t a breakdown on the receipt, I turned back and asked him then he asked me to pay 2 Euro also for the panino. The food and drinks are mediocre and ridiculously overpriced. Not recommended whatsoever.

01/05/2026: A terrible experience from every perspective. I went in with a friend for two simple coffees and was met with a level of rudeness I've rarely seen. After we'd finished, a saucer accidentally fell and chipped slightly: a trivial incident that could happen anywhere. The staff's reaction was immediately aggressive: no understanding, no professionalism, just the demand that we pay for the damage, all in an unacceptable tone. As if that weren't enough, at checkout we also encountered resistance to accepting cards, with the insistence on cash payment—a decidedly unpleasant experience for a customer these days. The worst part, however, came later: once we'd paid and left, we were severely insulted by the staff. Such behavior is simply unacceptable. A place that treats its customers this way demonstrates a total lack of respect and professionalism. This is an experience to avoid without a doubt.
