03/04/2024: I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. On one side the pizza was excellent. We were very surprised to eat the best pizza of Como here in this restaurant. Also, they brought olives, chips and peanuts which they did not charge. We shared only one pizza and they even brought two plates and still did only charge us 1 service. On the other side, even the decoration was really good, they somehow managed to make it look like a tourist trap. It is difficult to say what exactly causes this. A combination of many little things. If they ask I’ll tell them how to make this restaurant step up. The service guys were super friendly and nice. They looked like they were not professional waiters but young guys or students on a summer job. The wine and beer they suggested were excellent. 4 stars is because they charge 7 euros for a small 33cl beer. Had it been 5-6 euros, I could give 5 stars.

30/03/2024: Wonderful hotel and Marco was superb at his job!

29/03/2024: Historic hotel restaurant. Menu with lake fish dishes such as the famous rice and perch (very good) with fish caught directly by the owner in front of the restaurant, so much so that in the courtyard below I can see the nets being used. He returned one last time after asking for a plate of rice with the other portion to take away, he forced me to eat from the double tray, also criticizing the waiter for what I had asked, incredible, I couldn't believe my eyes, astonished, I then ate, unable to digest the rudeness I had suffered. I rightly complained via Wats app to his wife who tried to defend him by climbing on the glass so I said to myself never again! I don't want to see this rude and presumptuous character again! Best wishes to those who decide to go to this place.

05/10/2023: The pizza is good, thin and well seasoned. The prosecco, decidedly poor... The environment is very dated, nothing has changed over the years.

06/04/2024: Spectacular views with the alps in the background. We had a tiramisu which for being in Italy was nothing special. Good coffee.

07/04/2024: Very friendly, helpful and organized staff. Neat and clean environments, including the spa space. Added to this was a more than welcome culinary experience, the chef's selection was truly valid. Careful presentation, very tasty dishes and successful combinations. An aspect that could be strengthened: knowing the menu upon arrival at the restaurant. Apart from intolerances/allergies which are promptly requested at the time of booking, there may still be some unwelcome dishes. However, the final judgment remains very positive: excellent experience!

03/04/2024: I have no words, everything was wonderful, down to the smallest details. The room is very spacious, and is also accessible for those in wheelchairs....even the shower is accessible. The abundant breakfast, already rich, if you want to enrich it further, there is a paid card, with various choices. I had excellent service and food. I recommend the place.
