10/06/2025: Sincere calls attention 8 euros spritz with cutting board then orders ok classic spritz always nothing special cutting board pitiful a piece of piedina I swear a piece of 2 cm 3 pieces of focaccia 2 cm x 1 and 7 olives then a customer arrives next to coke cutting board and the world arrives or said maybe here I do series C and series A for those who understand hahahaha I ask for a second maybe giving him 16 euros I eat something then after the second I give a tip and a good bar for people with a bad face who ask but for those who are polite they eat there so spend for the sake of spending go somewhere else

20/07/2025: Let's start with the assumption that if you're looking for a typical Milanese restaurant, don't go there. You'll be too happy with the hospitality. My husband and I were craving southern Italian fish, and to our surprise, this restaurant thrilled us. Not because of the elaborate dishes, but because of the simple ones. The mother prepares a fish soup with tomato sauce that truly takes you back in time. Davide, the son and owner, is incredibly kind and has maintained the classic table service approach that I adore, as does my husband. I highly recommend you go because the fish is fresh and the ingredients are truly fantastic. Giulia and Paolo.

04/06/2025: Really little, probably some forms of catering think it is enough to mention the south to establish a presumed quality. Lazy, evasive, at times presumptuous service. Several times we had to call or request service after long waits. A dish was wrong, an unrequested label was pushed insistently. The dishes brought to the table were freely assigned to the diners without caring who - had ordered what. Some dishes on the menu were not available, declaring this only after ordering. The quality of the dishes was absolutely not such as to justify the cost, I would define it as classic, traditional cuisine, which is not a bad thing at all, but made in a flat and characterless way. Negligible desserts. Sorry, but our experience was really poor.

18/07/2025: I ordered from Deliveroo after a busy day at work and it was a very pleasant surprise. I wasn't familiar with this pub and will definitely stop by one evening for a beer and the "matt sandwich" again; it was delicious! I'm not giving it a 5 only because, in my opinion, a little more béarnaise sauce would have been perfect. The fries were spectacular, incredibly crispy and delicious!

06/05/2025: I only had an aperitif, top craft beers on tap... IPA spectacular... it deserves an in-depth look, I saw some interesting sandwiches🤪

25/07/2025: Due stelle !! Una per la location e una per il personale. Tipico locale " trappola per turisti ". Eravamo in quattro e uno di noi non mangia pesce di lago. Chiesto uno spaghetto al pomodoro e ci è stato negato. Ci hanno proposto uno spaghetto con ragù alla bolognese. Una schifezza !! Pasta stracotta e sugo pronto dei vasetti. Forse non l'avrebbe mangiato nemmeno un tedesco !! Noi tre abbiamo preso riso al forno con pesce persico.... lasciamo perdere !! Al ritiro dei piatti non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto il motivo per il quale lo spaghetto non fosse nemmeno stato toccato. Carta dei vini improponibile !! Risultato : un vero disastro !! Tre birre in bottiglia, un calice di vino bianco, un prosciutto e melone e due macedonie ( oltre ai tre risi ) totale € 160. Auguro a questi signori che Como e il suo lago continuino ad avere turisti da tutto il mondo altrimenti dovrebbero cercarsi un lavoro..... questo non fa per loro. A mai più.

07/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante questa sera e ne siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Il cibo è ottimo, curato nei dettagli e con ingredienti di qualità. Il titolare è una persona simpatica e competente, capace di far sentire subito a proprio agio. La vista sul lago di Como è semplicemente spettacolare, un vero valore aggiunto all’esperienza. Prezzi nella media, assolutamente giustificati dalla qualità e dal contesto. Torneremo sicuramente!

25/06/2025: Terrible experience. The shop lies to customers: they claim that the packaging is free, but after paying I discovered that in reality it is paid, and also of poor quality. When I asked for a refund I was denied without any explanation. The sales assistant introduced herself as "Zoriana", but at this point I even doubt that that is her real name. Incorrect and unprofessional behavior. I absolutely do not recommend it

28/06/2025: It is absolutely necessary to teach the ice cream makers how to make cones: the ice cream mass cannot go down to the middle of the cone handle! Otherwise, the management should provide wider cones!

10/07/2025: I already knew Le Vapore de Torno, but this restaurant is also a wonderful discovery! A small lunch menu for €18 includes a primo piatto and a secondo piatto, water and coffee included. Impeccable service, pleasant setting, and a small view of the lake. A place to remember!

28/06/2025: The Vapore restaurant is part of the Hotel of the same name and is located in the small village of Torno, on the road that connects Como to Bellagio. The restaurant has a beautiful and romantic outdoor garden at lake level. Unfortunately, when we were here, it had just rained that same morning and so we were unable to eat outside. The interior of the restaurant is very well-kept and we spent a pleasant Sunday lunch here. The menu offers mainly fish-based dishes, which are served in a refined manner and well-presented.

03/07/2025: I went to this place for an aperitif with my friends and I have to say that we had a great time! We had a bottle of excellent Sauvignon on the advice of the waitress, also a platter of cold cuts and cheeses that went very well with the wine. The waitress also brought us a plate of focaccia made by them, very good! Friendly and helpful staff, very cute place!

03/07/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but my visit to Bar Malpighi 8 left me genuinely puzzled – and not in a good way. From the outside, the place looks promising: trendy signage, decent lighting, a bit of that Milanese aperitivo buzz. But once you step in, it quickly becomes clear that this bar is coasting on aesthetics and little else. First off, the service was… apathetic at best. We waited nearly 20 minutes to place an order, despite the place being half-empty. When the waiter finally appeared, he looked like we were disturbing his evening. I get that laid-back is part of the vibe, but there’s a fine line between cool and careless – and this was firmly in the latter. The drinks? Overpriced and underwhelming. My Negroni tasted like it had been sitting in the sun since brunch. My friend’s spritz came in what I can only describe as a perfume sample portion – and yes, it was mostly ice. They charged €12 for that theatrical insult. The final touch was the aperitivo food – a tiny tray of soggy chips and two sad crackers that felt like they had been recycled from the table next to us. It’s Milan, guys. You’re supposed to care about the details. To be fair, the playlist was good – but unless you’re going there just to Shazam songs and look at people pretending to enjoy themselves, I’d strongly suggest walking a few blocks elsewhere. Milan has too many genuinely good bars for this one to get away with being so mediocre. Avoid unless you’re in it for the Instagram photo and nothing more.

23/06/2025: We stopped for a snack. Very nice service, the waitress brought us olives, nuts and chips, we had a beer and a Coke, so we rate how we felt and it was 5 out of 5. ❤️

23/06/2025: The best places in the world are discovered by wondering around, not recommended. A wrong turn, a one way street, one parking spot available, and we were craving mid morning coffee and pastries. Driving around Bergamo and it's surrounding cities. Amazing service, employees, and coffee. The brioches were truly out of this world.

16/06/2025: The lady at the bar counter was very kind, normal, small inside with a large outside space. The cappuccino was good, the brioche wasn't to my liking but obviously it's a question of taste.
