16/10/2025: We had a FANTASTIC stay here, and thanks to Hotel Flora, our trip to Livigno was simply perfect! The hotel is cozy, with wood accents just the way we love them. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a comfortable bed, and equipped with everything we need. Both the hotel and the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day! When I return to my room after a day of activity, I'm greeted with a small gift and a wonderful aroma. The hotel's wellness area is also very clean and pleasant to use. In the morning, I can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet, and we also opted for the half-board option, which is highly recommended! The fresh dishes are delicious, and you'll enjoy them every evening and leave the table feeling satisfied! The staff here welcomes you in a very family-like manner and is very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is also pleasant and very family-like; you receive such a warm welcome every day. Their daily efforts deserve a big compliment! The location is also ideal, right on the shopping street and near a bus stop. It's nice and quiet at night, where I can sleep with the window open in complete peace. The price-quality ratio is simply excellent! Anyone who books here will definitely not regret it. :-) We will definitely be back!

25/08/2025: I've been spending my holidays at Hotel Flora for several years... Luca and his staff are always attentive and caring towards me and my family. I always feel at home here. Excellent hotel and central location. At the restaurant, the legendary Pasquale and the fantastic Fabio are always attentive to our culinary needs. You can also taste dishes and specialties prepared to perfection by our top chef, Luca Galli. 03/11/2025: Mario and Sofia are the place's stars, putting in a lot of effort to make delicious drinks and even the decorations, in addition to the food being served quickly, delicious, and well-proportioned. Kudos to these two young, energetic people who never fail to bring a smile and liveliness to this town that needs a little shake-up every now and then.

02/11/2025: I'm a regular here when I get the chance because the atmosphere is very refined, the atmosphere inside is cheerful, and the waitress is always available and present. The baristas are friendly, fast, and never rude. The atmosphere at the cash register is relaxed but always attentive to the customers. The best cappuccino I've ever had was here—it's a sure thing!

06/10/2025: The staff at the cash register and bar were friendly. The waitress was very listless and inattentive. Rather than ask what we wanted, she continued smoking despite the customers waiting. I'm so excited to get back to work!

05/06/2025: Incredible cappuccino. If you want a big food selection, go to a restaurant. I did have a ham and cheese toast which was perfectly fine and tasty. Bartenders were both friendly. Again, incredible cappuccino.

26/09/2025: A small, welcoming, and friendly bar in Adro. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and helpful! They serve a variety of appetizers to satisfy everyone's tastes. They also offer gluten-free and lactose-free packaged desserts (a very good brand). A special shout-out to bartender Rebecca!

28/06/2025: Customers for at least a decade, celebrated a couple of birthdays, this place is frequented by my relatives and family, every time I come back from abroad it is always my reference for the best beer in the area. Especially now that they also serve Hoegarden (white beer). Recommended sandwiches made on the spot. Compliments as always.

05/08/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo ordinato il piatto unico, pizzoccheri, salmi di cervo con polenta, tutto molto buono e abbondante, prezzo nella norma, camerieri gentili e disponibili, locale carino e con bellissima vista, lo consiglio. Due piatti unici, una bottiglia di acqua e due caffè, abbiamo speso 46€

11/07/2025: Locale molto bello con personale gentile e professionale, abbiamo cenato con la pizza max buonissima e con ingredienti di prima qualità. La pizza era formata da una pala grande per due persone che metà l'abbiamo portata via. I prezzi giusti per la quantità e la qualità.

11/10/2025: This hotel is not as advertised. There is no air conditioning in the offseason. If known prior to booking I would have made reservations at a different accommodation. However this was not communicated in person or online. Our room was at 26 degrees Celsius (79 Fahrenheit) in October which is not acceptable with no circulating air. I placed my complaint with that staff and they assure this would be corrected. However it was not. We were told to open the window (that does not fully open) and to use the fan and that most guests prefer 23 degrees Celsius which is not what it is set at. I will be requesting a full refund due to the fact that there is no air conditioning available during the off season despite advertised amenities. For an accommodation located at the “pearl of the lake” I expected more. Especially considering the price. Save you efforts and book elsewhere.

09/06/2025: We stop here a couple of times a month when we pass through to go to Palazzolo. We have an excellent coffee in this pastry shop that always appears clean and tidy with a staff that dispenses smiles. The large breakfast room always crowded also tells the quality of the products offered.
