08/07/2024: Après notre rando de Riomagiorre à Corniglia, une pause dans ce restaurant s’est imposée. D’abord à noter l’accueil et la gentillesse de la patronne puis la bonne cuisine et ses tarifs très abordables pour le coin. Voilà la belle recette d’un restaurant à fréquenter sans réfléchir .

03/06/2024: The staff were so friendly and generous - we were made to feel extremely welcome even though we were really late and other restaurants had closed their kitchens. The food was fantastic and it is in a delightful spot in a central square by a church. We went back for breakfast and had a delicious breakfast (excellent coffee and pastries) in the morning.

23/06/2024: Honestly amazed by the negative reviews (few but fierce) that I read here. Prices are higher than usual because the quality is far from that of a "simple" bar. The specialty coffees are space-age, prepared and served properly. The menu changes depending on the time of day (we saw both the breakfast/brunch menu and the lunch menu - both very interesting) and always has at least one vegan option. Super efficient service, with a friendly and very pretty waitress who showed enthusiasm when she saw us ready for the afternoon Pride. We will 100% stay here again next time we come to town.

08/06/2024: Nice elegant atmosphere, but unfortunately bad service. 2 waiters, one table occupied and you still have to go into the restaurant to get the bill because no one comes to ask if you want to order anything else. But friendly. Prices are ok.

31/08/2024: We only came to eat there. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the food is good. On the other hand, as far as our visit was concerned, the welcome and the service spoiled the moment: total absence of a smile, obvious impatience of the staff when choosing from the menu, in short, the impression of being inconvenient overall...

10/08/2024: We had lunch in this excellent restaurant where kindness reigns supreme. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend the lemon sorbet with basil… it left us speechless.

10/08/2024: A little expensive for the service and what we consumed, however we were in the center of Monterosso and this certainly influenced the cost of the dishes. The food is decent, to give a proportion €4 a bottle of osmosis water 😅

11/08/2024: Only because of Miramare will I visit Porto Venere again. A big thank you to Simone for his friendly and flexible service. The Linguine alla Polpa di Granchio is one of the best dishes I've ever had. Prices are as usual for such places. But it was worth every penny. The entire staff also created a cool atmosphere and were very friendly with each other.

We wait 20 minutes for nothing, at which point I take the brioches at the counter and ask for a drink, I am once again told that they would come. I wait another 20 minutes still nothing, at which point I get up and leave. I point this out to the cashier and not even a "sorry" or "sorry". Impassive. If you don't know how to do your job, change jobs! In all this not-so-good brioche, I went to the Dolci Magie bar opposite who certainly know how to work better and which I highly recommend.
