18/05/2025: Good morning everyone, last night I went with my family to this restaurant at Graziella's, I had a reservation for 9:00 pm and when I arrived with my family I turned to the waiter and told him that I had a reservation for 4 people or had to wait for a table for 4 to become free and so far everything was ok When I came back still nothing then they pointed out to the waiter that there was a table for 4 free it just needed to be fixed and he told me in half an hour we'll fix it and the table is ready for you After that 3 people came in and they were given the table that was supposed to be for me What a mistake I pointed this out to him and he told me that he would have another table prepared for me and I burst into a furious reaction and left Incorrect and disrespectful behavior towards customers they have lost a regular customer negative review I do not recommend it to anyone

07/11/2024: Calling it a Bar is an understatement, the place is a respectable emporium. A place for wine enthusiasts and beyond. The selection of chocolates, panettone and pandoro is excellent. During the Easter period it has the best selection of eggs. Polite and friendly staff Very knowledgeable about Mixology, large wine list. Sophisticated and with small national companies that cannot be taken for granted. Comfortable tables, outdoors in a square that is a wedding favor overlooking a historic fountain, the art of the Bernini school. If you want to give yourself a moment of peace… It's the right place.

22/05/2025: Good atmosphere. Geat pastry sections. Banana Bread with dulce de leche is definetely recommended. Best Banana Bread I ever had. Iced lattes are not that great and a bit overpriced. You should definitely get the Cappuccino rathen than an Iced Latte.

25/04/2025: Locale molto carino, passando con la macchina mi aveva sempre affascinato , ed ho deciso di fermarmi . Vino buonissimo , cibo anche molto buono , ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare . Scarsissima organizzazione , e attese lunghe nonostante il locale non fosse troppo affollato . Se migliorassero il servizio sarebbe un locale top!

Absolutely not recommended for a first date or if you are looking for an environment in which to make a good impression. Don't waste time, go elsewhere because the neighborhood is full of clubs of all kinds ready to amaze you. Rejected.

04/03/2025: Really nice place, welcoming and intimate with friendly staff. Not too crowded as often happens in the Città Giardino area. I will be back as soon as possible to eat something too.

07/06/2025: My experience at this bakery was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I was very excited to try the pistachio croissant, which I had often talked about with my family. During my trip, I decided to buy some to take back to my country. When I asked to put them in a take-away package, a young man kindly tried to help me, but a lady with glasses acted rudely and disrespectfully as soon as she realized I was a foreigner. She started treating me with arrogance and rudeness, refusing to serve me properly. She only put a little pistachio on the outside of the croissant, without any filling inside, and she failed to package it as requested. It seemed like a discriminatory attitude based on my nationality, which is unacceptable. When I arrived in my country and opened the croissants, they were completely empty inside, without any pistachio filling. It was a very embarrassing moment in front of my family, since I had spoken so highly of this product. I feel deeply disappointed and offended. I hope that the management takes serious measures regarding these behaviors, which ruin the reputation of the place. I do not recommend this place to those looking for respectful service and a quality product.

12/02/2025: My friends and I had a good time, I think we will return, the food was good and the place was welcoming. However, there was no exchange of air and the kitchen fumes made the environment a little difficult to breathe.

08/06/2025: Caro Sergio. Siamo stai tuoi clienti per molto tempo ( uso il passato perché non torneremo mai più). Ma oggi il trattamento ricevuto è stato veramente non da professionista che ero abituato a vedere dal tuo Staff. Ma andiamo con ordine. Ho telefonato al ristorante Giovedì alle ore 13.45 per prenotare un tavolo per Domenica 07.06 alle ore 13.00. Siamo arrivati e la nostra prenotazione non risultava. Ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo piu assolto dove i tuoi NUOVI menù boliviano e i bicchieri anche loro boliviano per quanto erano caldi. Una volta appurato che i tuoi menù erano totalmente diversi (ma questa è una tua scelta) abbiamo ordinato (anche se la cameriera con aria scocciata) insisteva per farci ordinare l'antipasto 2 primi una carbonara e una amatriciana, mia moglie voleva lo spaghetto (ma la cameriera sempre con aria scocciata) ci ha detto che lo spaghetto no era possibile ma solo o pasta corta o fettuccine, mia moglie ha optato per le fettuccine, nel fra tempo sono arrivati altri clienti, dove il tuo capo sala prendeva ordinazioni, abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti arrivati i nostri primi arrivati nello stesso momento di un tavolo arrivato molto dopo di noi abbiamo appurato che la amatriciana aveva un pezzo di osso di calamaro o gambero o plastica al suo interno e la carbonara la.pasta non era al dente ma.molto al dentone. Abbiamo fatto notare al tuo capo sala l'accaduto della matriciana soprattutto,.la sua risposta è stato un semplice mi dispiace. Ci siamo alzati per pagare il conto sperando in un decurtamento o uno sconto ma non abbiamo avuto nulla di ciò ma una semplice offerta di un dolce. Mi dispiace Sergio ma certe cose no.
