We went for lunch as soon as we arrived in Rome. Davide recommended the pastrami sandwich, and it was a spectacular choice. We ate very well, and in fact, we ended our Roman experience by dining there again. He recommended the pork shank, which was simply sublime. As Sicilians, if I were to return, I would definitely go. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to drink good, unusual beers. Strategically located, aesthetically pleasing, and also has outdoor seating, though not the most comfortable. Edit: After nine years, I can add that the place, which I no longer call Fabrik, has undergone a significant upgrade. Good food, slightly high but acceptable prices, and above all, a focus on what you drink is on a whole new level. Above all, the beer selection is very thoughtful and passionate. A place that definitely needs to be present in the area, both in terms of type and quality. The owner is knowledgeable and experienced, and the service is fast and communicative. Very satisfied. I'll be back often.
