21/01/2025: Located in the village of Tivoli, it was a small discovery, although we often visit the town we had never been there and I must say we were satisfied. From the really good and substantial food in terms of quantity to the simple and friendly service. Update: it's like wine improves with time! This time too it didn't disappoint us, everything was delicious.

21/01/2025: I don't enjoy drinking espresso, but I thought I had to experience it since I was in Rome, so I ordered it, and it was truly delicious. All the staff were friendly and some could speak simple Korean. I was going to a place famous for cream bread, but it was closed on weekdays, so I took the next best option and just visited a place close to my accommodation, and it was delicious. The friendliness of the staff. It was a good cafe with everything, including the price! (Compared to the coffee at Cream Bakery, the coffee tastes even better here) The coffee tasted so good that I ended up ordering a latte and a croissant with filling (Italian croissants are closer to bread than pastry) ) A total of 3 cups of coffee. It didn't even come out to 6 euros in total.

21/01/2025: The sugarcane farmer was very friendly, he explained to us the different types of coffee he had and even gave us a chance to smell them. The croissants are delicious, fresh. The pistachio one was not overly sweet, perfect. Excellent coffee and very delicate presentation 🤩👏🏻 there is little space to sit

24/01/2025: Rome’s top 3 gelato restaurants!! It was as delicious as its reputation~ Chocolate yogurt, etc. are all rich, chewy, and delicious!! Above all, there were a lot of Korean customers, and all the employees were fluent in Korean. It's not just a greeting, but what kind of flavor should I get? It's 3.5 euros, etc. LOL. Sometimes when I go to tourist attractions, I see a lot of houses where Koreans make a living, but they actually discriminate against me, but there are a lot of them. (One of the top three gelato restaurants next to the Trevi Fountain...^^) It seemed good to know who the main customer base was and make an effort to learn their language!

22/01/2025: We were well received and our order was quickly served. The wine list was excellent! The three of us ordered the same dish, gnocchi with shrimp sauce... the pasta was good, but there was not much sauce and only 3 small pieces of shrimp were served on each plate. We were a little disappointed with the food on New Year's Eve. Rome has a ton of great restaurants and I plan on returning to the city, but not to Vecchia Locanda.

19/01/2025: Gorgeous food, excellent service! Traditional , small, Italian restaurant. Filipe and staff were helpful, excellent wine choices. Delicious food. Authentic and genuine- great choice of food, from seafood to stakes! There is so much choice for restaurants, it was hard to know where to go. We have been to other restaurants near by that are not as good- so glad we found this place for our last night.

13/02/2025: Wonderful restaurant! At the entrance there is a selection of fresh seafood, which will be served to you at its best! Great menu. The waiter deserves special attention, he is simply lovely! I recommend visiting!

11/02/2025: In the Trevi Fountain area, a fish restaurant, we were welcomed by a waiter who finally had nothing touristy about him: a perfect Roman from Rome, we loved him immediately and followed his advice. Great meal at a fair price. Advised.

02/01/2025: I ordered a Sacher for 13/14 people for New Year's Eve. As soon as I picked it up I could already smell a delicious smell, which corresponded to the flavour...Divine! Everyone is very satisfied, the owner is very kind 🙏well done!✅

10/02/2025: Tuvimos una excelente cena en la Trattoria il Gallo Nero en Roma. La comida era tradicional de cocina romana, absolutamente fantástico. Tuvimos espaguetis cacio pepe, mi esposa tuvo la polpeta y yo tuve el trippa alla Romana, excelente. Un gran vino tinto del Lacio y cafés. 57 euros. El servicio fue amable y acogedor, muy atento. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia aquí, y recomendaría este restaurante.

31/01/2025: 👍🏼We ate there and the truth is that it was a pleasant surprise, the service was unbeatable, the food was delicious at a very reasonable price for the quality and location of the restaurant, plus I was craving spaghetti bolognese and they didn't have it on the menu but they made it exclusively for me (a nice touch, really) 🫶🏻😘 I also recommend the spaghetti with seafood, they were delicious, and the oil they have is also very good to dip it with a piece of bread It's nice to find restaurants this clean, with such pleasant and efficient waiters and such delicious food 🤤 Congratulations!! 👏🏼👏🏼

06/02/2025: TRADITION, HIGH QUALITY AND TASTE. As always a guarantee, you are welcomed by the staff who immediately make you feel at home. A menu that offers traditional dishes and more, we enjoyed an appetizer rich in typical cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by the typical cod meatballs, a unique flavour. Strong piece of the local "Il tamburello" that can never be missed. Super recommended.

11/02/2025: We tried the carbonara, lasagna and a pasta with only cheese. Lasagna was a bit salty but all three were great!!! The queue moves quickly. You eat on stools inside. They said that it does not have a sink because it is not a restaurant but a kitchen laboratory :) When you enter, you first pay and then you receive your order with the queue number they give you.

11/02/2025: This was absolutely my favorite meal that I had in Rome. Not exaggerating! The host is so fun and friendly. The food is inexpensive and delicious! The tiramisu is the best I have ever eaten (I’m not exaggerating!) but that’s probably because I’m used to bad American tiramisu. I would recommend this to my family and friends. It’s absolutely worth it!
