11/10/2025: It's an excellent pastry shop, strategically located. Their products are good, but it's a shame about the service. On the two occasions I've been there, the girls seemed annoyed both times. Their pastries and biscuits are truly innovative. Perhaps they could use a little more attention to their customers.

19/10/2025: Classic pub with sandwiches, meat and pizzas, excellent variety of beers, more convivial room in the basement where you can usually find karaoke and live music. Recommended for celebrating birthdays or group evenings, helpful staff and average prices.

14/10/2025: I went on Saturday, October 11, 2025, for a group dinner on the basement level with karaoke and a disco. A friend of mine booked a table for 13, and 11 of us showed up, with two absentees. Everything was fine, and we had a good time. The problem arose at the end of the evening at the register. We ordered the €24 menu with bruschetta and two entrees, but at the register we each paid €31. And when everyone had paid, there were still €93 to pay, not even three portions. The cashier also said he wasn't an accountant. The fact is, we had to pay the extra portions. I advise the managers to find a final payment method that is simpler and clearer for customers because we felt robbed of these three extra fees... Maybe give cards with stamps for those who consume, at least those who drink pay..... Overall I give you one star because this evening for me personally cost 62 euros and I drank 1 glass of beer and the 24-euro menu. To you who read the conclusions.

31/12/2025: I would have expected more... refinement and sophistication worthy of its good name... instead, a bland and cold place that conveys no emotion in the center of Bologna in Galleria Cavour, Bologna's living room. A lunch for foreign tourists who are fooled by the Armani name.

25/11/2025: I went to this bar and had a Moka coffee, delicious. Courteous staff, clean place. Located inside the Galleria Cavour. I recommend taking a break to try the caramel coffee and the hot chocolate.

16/01/2026: Cozy place, good food, but empty tables, not even napkins; you have to get yours from the counter. The owner is unfriendly, argumentative, and has serious mental issues. It's best to go to another bar, since this is an area where there's one every 20 meters.

07/09/2025: On a very difficult day due to a memorable traffic jam in Bologna, I found a parking spot to escape to the bathroom, and in this place they pretended there wasn't enough water for me to use the restroom. I was speechless. Luckily, the bar across the street was welcoming.

08/11/2025: It's a really lovely little place. But unfortunately, it's closed in the afternoons and on Sundays. It would be nice to have a nice afternoon tea and pastries.

16/09/2025: I stopped by on September 16th for a coffee. The lady, who must be 55/60, was a bit unpleasant. I asked for a macchiato and she gave me an espresso. 🙄 Unfortunately, the service was 0.

05/09/2025: We stopped for a coffee and also had a croissant because it looked very inviting. Excellent value: coffee for €1.20, croissant for €1.80, plenty of seating inside.

31/12/2025: A truly special place. I haven't found anything like it anywhere else, and I've traveled the world. Deaf people work there, but everything runs exactly like a "normal" place. The amazing thing is that you don't just encounter Italian sign language here, but international sign language! Because people from different cultures work there, which is fantastic. Sign language is different all over the world!! I recommend this special place to everyone! I love it!!!

09/11/2025: The owners are friendly, and the concept is commendable, but unfortunately, running a venue requires more organization, better food, and cleanliness. I had to constantly chase up the owners, asking for missing items—water, glasses, napkins... Music was guaranteed, but then it was completely absent. I strongly advise against hosting private parties (whether graduation or not) here; there are much better options out there.
