17/01/2026: An atrociously complex and inconvenient system. You grab a bottle of water and want to have breakfast sitting down? No! Crime! If you want to sit down, you have to stand in a designated area and wait for the waitress, but there you CANNOT buy a plastic bottle of water, only glass. If you want it to go, you have to queue again at the cashier later. What a truly absurd system. Sure to irritate you starting early in the morning. There are other places a few steps away, I recommend you try those.
05/01/2026: The welcome was very slow, even though it was 6:00 a.m. and I was the only customer at the counter.
The clerk didn't seem eager to do this job and wasn't cooperative, and she seemed very confused when I asked if they served matcha.
When she took my order, she asked if I wanted to sit down.
When I said yes, she canceled the order, saying that if I wanted to sit down, the order would be taken at the table.
The table service was quick and efficient; I got a coffee and a croissant.
To pay, they made me get up and go back to the register, even though there were two other gentlemen at the next table who paid while remaining seated. Furthermore, the cashier who took me to the counter didn't seem to know which table I was at, even though I was the only customer, since the two previous customers had already left.
The bill was €6.80, even though the price displayed for the brioche was different. When I asked why, he said he didn't know what to tell me, so I assumed the prices were increased for table service. I don't really appreciate the price premiums for table service and the lack of transparency in communicating it. I prefer to pay a cover charge since the product is the same, as well as the staff's confusion about orders and payments.
To get a coffee and brioche, I had to go through half a dozen steps that would have been simple and efficient at another café.

26/07/2025: Bar da foto, non da colazione. Le paste sembrano gioielli da vetrina: lucide, perfette per una foto da mettere in Instagram . Ho preso un pan suisse con crema, dal gusto del giorno prima , perfetta solo se vuoi testare quanto a lungo puoi sopportare la nausea.
2 paste 2 cappucci (di cui uno doppio). Totale: 13,20€.
Più che colazione, una tassa o un bar per accalappiare i turisti.

1 caffè lungo, 1 cappuccino, 1 croissant lampone, 1 treccia con crema
12 EURO e 60 cents
Mi sembra "leggermente" esagerato per un bar

08/05/2025: We were there for dinner last night May 7 and I had a difficult night after that! because of stomach ache and nausea!! I got sick and right now I’m waiting in doctors office for a visit!!
Last night I didn’t order anything but main course “Lo Stinco” And a bottle of water. It took about half an hour to get ready! !!
When arrived I noticed it’s not tender!!! Was like a rock!!!!! Exactly a rock! I Tried to separate two three pieces! And I found out it’s not cooked at all!! I didn’t touch it and showed it to my friends and also they confirmed and as raw meat specifically pork is too dangerous I left it there! I told the owner and he said I will refer to the kitchen and after some seconds someone arrived to our table and with a very high tone ! Very very high! said “who did complain “!! We all looked at each other!! Didn’t know laugh or be serious!And when I said it was me, he turned to me suddenly ! And tried to say things about oven! Checking the meat while cooking and nothing about why it is not cooked!!! I said as I saw it and tasted it,it was undercooked and he said: THAT IS YOUR TASTE AND YOUR TASTE IS YOUR TASTE!
Sorry but,this was the most impolite unprofessional and disturbing comment a SO CALLED COOK could give!At least he could delete that order to show they know how this business should be run!! Had a terrible night and I have a really bad stomach ache

2 persons divided their dish and we were in 6 and only 4 persons got bear!The ratio food and price is not right at all over there!

07/05/2025: E' il mio locale preferito a Imola. Ottima birra Forst, ottima musica e ottima cucina tirolese/bavarese oltre che per generale atmosfera e frequentazione. Immerso nel verde dentro il Circuito. Lo Staff, composto dai titolari, è molto cordiale ed è piacevole conversare con loro. Non è, e non vuole essere, un locale "alla moda" del momento (ceme quelli che aprono, sono strapieni per una stagione o due e poi vengono dimenticati), è invece una certezza e un punto di riferimento stabile a Imola pur se defilato. Davvero ottimo.

15/01/2025: Dimenticate il vecchio, eccellente "You Cake". Ora rimane solo il nome ma la qualità,anche su cose banali come brioche e cappuccino,è tra il modesto e il mediocre. Peccato.

Non posso dire altrettanto delle bariste Non sono professionali verso i clienti in generale, poca attenzione non molto garbate e non parlo solo di me in prima persona, ma anche in generale è una cosa che ho notato più volte che ci sono passata
18/11/2024: Tramezzino con tonno e uova imbarazzante, le fette di pane esterne fresche quella interna durissima e secca. Evitare.

08/03/2025: La mia stella è per questo motivo. Il week end ti costringono, dopo le 10, al servizio al tavolo. E fin qui, posso anche accettarlo visto l’ambiente ma stiamo comunque parlando della zona industriale di Zola Predosa. Peccato che all’entrata ci sia scritto 1.50 per il servizio al tavolo, ma omettono di scrivere che è A PERSONA! Per 2 caffè e una brioche sono partiti OTTO euro in due. Roba che se ci va una famiglia di 4 persone 6 euro sono solo di servizio. Per quella cifra mi metti la tovaglia e il tovagliolo in stoffa! A quell’ora nel week end SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!
09/02/2025: Colazione pessima, ho preso il bacon con uova strapazzate e le uova e il bacon sapevano di pesce, stavo pr vomitare e il cameriere anche se ho lasciato il piatto non ha chiesto il motivo. Non ci tornerò più .
