06/03/2024: I ordered a take-away box via the TooGoodToGo app. I arrive at the place, perfectly on time, and they CANCELED my order. How come you say? Well because they arbitrarily decided to only put the croissants in the boxes, and they only had two left. So RATHER than making me a damned box with two croissants and a few donuts, they canceled my order, among other things within the collection time window, so at the last minute. I really wanted something sweet and I was left with nothing. Very unsatisfactory.

09/03/2024: Historic pastry shop of S.Pietro in Casale is now a point of reference for those who live in the town. Always a very crowded place, it manages to have excellent options for both sweet and savory dishes. It's not easy to find parking but with a little patience you can find a place. Courteous staff who are attentive to the customer's needs are very good at understanding what the customer asks for, especially when preparing desserts for special occasions. The place is practically always open and this is also a strong point in case there is an emergency of a sudden occasion in which you have to prepare or have your guests find something tasty in a short time. Prices on average with those found in other pastry shops in the area

13/03/2024: Southern-style pastries, you can find the typical zeppole and the Neapolitan pastiera, but the Bolognese influence can be felt, alongside the typical southern pastas for Father's Day, we also find the ravioles, in three flavours: Bolognese mustard (the typical Bolognese jam made by cooking quince apples and pears in grape must, what remains of plums and plums at the end of summer and orange and lemon peel), chocolate and pistachio.

12/03/2024: I was in Bologna for a graduation party and I went to this lovely bistro twice. The food is very good, and the quality of the ingredients is refined. The staff is friendly and helpful; the environment is tastefully furnished and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Excellent sour cherry tart

12/03/2024: Locale piccolo,ma grazioso ed accogliente. Personale gentile e solerte. Primi e secondi molto buoni, ma nel menù non c'era nulla di bolognese, salvo una lasagna che, tuttavia, è patrimonio mondiale di tutta Italia. Bello caro (i primi 15 euro).

27/03/2024: We arrived late as a family of five and asked if we could get a hot meal. Luciano asked us in straight in and prepared a delicious three course meal which was not expensive at all. It was served quickly and with a lot of enthusiasm by Luciana himself and a young friendly waiter. We came back for breakfast and got great hot chocolate, coffee and amazing stuffed croissants and other cakes.

06/04/2024: GREAT COFFEE ! Soon after we arrived at our Airbnb apartment in Bologna on Fri, Sept 29th my wife and I headed out to grab some cash from an ATM. Along the way we had a good look for potential dinner and breakfast places. Across from the ATM we noticed this impressive looking cafe. A quick look inside was enough to confirm it for our cappuccino spot the next morning. AND WE DID ! On Saturday morning we made the 10 minute walk over here for a light brekkie. A sweet cashier named Luna took our order for 2 x Double Shot Cappuccinos ( in their cute little cups ) and 2 x Ham & Cheese Croissants. We paid upfront and sat at a high community bench table at the rear of the cafe. Within a few short minutes our 2 Cappuccinos were placed on the espresso bar counter by Grazia the barista....plus 2 small glasses of Sparkling Water ( palate cleanser ). I had to tell Grazia we don't drink Sparkling Water ( very popular in Italy ). OKAY ! Grazia happily replaced them with small glasses of Still Water ( as they call it ). Our rich tasting cappuccinos tasted fabulous..hard to beat an invigorating coffee early in the morning. Shortly after our Ham & Cheese Croissants arrived and they tasted quite good. This is a pretty flash looking espresso bar / cafe with a huge outdoor dining area. I went for a walk to find the men's restroom...it was upstairs. WOW ! There was a beautiful dining room on the upper floor.....classic Italian style. I took a bunch of pics after using the restroom. Before we left I asked Luna the cashier about dining upstairs. Luna said they serve good pasta and more. When we expressed interest in good pasta dishes Luna quietly told us about her fav pasta restaurant...we hit it that evening and it was sensational ! On Sunday, Oct 1st my wife and I walked the short distance here for our morning coffees. We arrived around 7am and waited a minute or two for them to open. A cashier took our order for 2 x Double Shot Cappuccinos and a sweet pastry for my wife. We were asked if we wanted small glasses of Sparkling Water or Still Water ( to cleanse the palate )...we said still. Our Cappuccinos in cute little cups were placed on the espresso counter within a few minutes. Nothing like a rich tasting cappuccino to get your motor runnin' first thing in the morning. My wife enjoyed her sweet pastry with her invigorating cappuccino. This was the start of a very busy day for us....our last full day in Bologna. THIS WAS A GOOD FIND !
