11/01/2026: When you're closed, remove your offers from Too Good To Go BEFORE a potential customer wastes an hour finding themselves with a payment made and your location closed during pickup time. Your time is not worth more than mine.

12/12/2025: A very cute and tastefully decorated café, full of excellent sweet and savory treats. Even the details are meticulously crafted, even the sugar packets are personalized and truly charming, with a lovely Christmassy touch that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The only downside is the limited seating, but the café is still very pleasant. They also sell ceramic cups, sweet treat boxes, water bottles, and other interesting little items. Recommended 👌🏻

25/12/2025: Horrible chicken and a very cold welcome. Customers are people who need service, not a nuisance to be gotten rid of as quickly as possible.

21/12/2025: Nice place to look at but in practice uncomfortable because it is very small with cramped and uncomfortable tables and chairs, limited menu, high prices in relation to the quality offered, nice atmosphere and karaoke for revelry, technically very poor sound system and musical bases to say the least poor, not the best for singing well, overlooking the negative aspects, all in all a nice evening without expecting too many pretensions, I will not go there again

08/01/2026: Hello. I paused for 45 hours. Clean, quiet R. SHOW cold water, water heater set to minimum, no hot water. For three days, the shower was always cold... The key to the shower at the cash desk in exchange for documents.

06/01/2026: Embarrassing. I arrived with a group of people at 8:45 PM, and the restaurant only served cold entrees and dishes. A few sandwiches and stale pizzas. If it weren't for the highway monopoly with its mind-blowing portions, it would have closed by now. The bathrooms were equally embarrassing.

03/12/2025: I've been going to Zanarini's for ten years, but today something surprising happened. When I asked if the traditional panettone contained almonds, the saleswoman started talking loudly, saying that someone had even fainted in front of her because of it, and maintaining that, even though it's not indicated, almonds "are everywhere." She then walked away, leaving me with the product in hand, to discuss the matter with another colleague while laughing. When she returned to speak to another customer, I pointed out that certain information can be shared without being so aggressive. Her response was, "That's just how I am." I'd rather not comment... That said, the panettone—both traditional and chocolate—is delicious, as are the coffees. It's still a must-visit every time I return to Bologna.

31/12/2025: It's very expensive (€12 for two glasses of mulled wine, a few crisps, and some olives) and the service isn't great. At that price, you expect better, but it's nothing more than a neighborhood bistro. Disappointing.
