29/11/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare un venerdì sera in questo piccolo ristorantino situato nel centro di San Salvatore Telesino, culla del Parco Grassano, una perla naturalistica della valle telesina. Il venerdì sera hanno il menù dedicato completamente al pesce. Abbiamo, quindi, optato per il menù di pesce — nonostante abbiano anche la pizzeria. Abbiamo preso il misto di antipasto per cominciare la serata. Soutè di cozze, insalata mista, zuppa di pesce, tutto buonissimo ma il piatto forte erano i gamberi pastellati: croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro, accompagnati da una salsetta che si abbinava divinamente. Come primo abbiamo preso i tortellini fatti a mano dai cuochi con il ripieno di pesce e un sughetto di pomodorini squisito. Una porzione abbondante con gusto abbondante. Il ripieno di pesce ti scoppiava in bocca una volta morso il tortellino. Potevi sentire il sapore del gambero, del pesce spada. Onestamente il migliore primo piatto di pesce che abbia mai mangiato, neanche sui ristoranti di fronte al mare ho assaggiato una prelibatezza del genere. Come secondo abbiamo preso il pesce spada grigliato e la frittura. Un piatto più buono dell’altro. Il pesce spada era morbidissimo, fresco, profumato, saporito. La frittura era croccante al punto giusto, non era gommosa e non era oleosa. Porzioni abbondanti, e piatti squisiti. Se avete voglia di mangiare pesce e vi trovate in questa zona, vi consiglio vivamente di andare al ristorante “Il Burbero”. Il cameriere Florin è gentilissimo, educato, e divertente al punto giusto da far rallegrare la serata e riuscire a strapparti un sorriso. Come ultima perla, vi consiglio vivamente di chiedere il tiramisù di Michela… non ve ne pentirete. Il miglior tiramisù che potete mai mangiare in un ristorante. Artigianale, di ottima qualità, gustoso. Ogni cucchiaiata è un passo avanti al paradiso. Un’esplosione di sapore. Dovete solo provare per credere, perciò lasciatevi un poco di spazio perché è davvero imperdibile. La serata è stata bellissima anche per l’atmosfera intima e rustica del ristorante, ti avvolge in un caldo abbraccio mentre ti vizia con dei piatti gustosi. Una vera coccola. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del Burbero. A Carmine, a Florin e allo staff della cucina. Bravi tutti.

14/10/2024: Ristorante situato all interno del resort e spa acquapetra, aperto anche agli esterni.. Situato nel verde del complesso,sala ampia ,accogliente e pulita. Piatti eccellenti, esplosione di sapore ,una qualità elevata delle materie prime, costo medio alto ma totalmente accessibile e giusto per ciò che offre.. La scelta dei vini è infinita, lasciatevi consigliare dalla bravura del Metre. Servizio impeccabile, perfetto, l'attenzione del personale verso il cliente è impeccabile.. Complimenti

19/08/2024: Percorso degustazione al ristorante del borgo inserito nell'affascinante contesto del Resort Acqua Petra Esperienza piacevole ed interessante perché accompagnata dall'abbinamento ai vini guidati da un amabile sommelier che ci ha descritto con dovizia di particolari le varie tappe del percorso Se posso citare un piatto non posso dare a meno di elogiare la pasta e patate con i gamberi

Nestled next to the Roman amphitheater of Benevento, it is a perfect location to enjoy quality beer and excellent food, the latter with some dishes with very tasty local influences. Also absolutely worth trying is the summer opening which is truly spectacular

28/12/2024: The most beautiful pub in Benevento... and until recently with the old management even better... levels have definitely dropped, food no longer as before, high prices.

27/08/2024: Very nice and well-kept environment and place. Good but not unforgettable cuisine, portion of some dishes (side dish and starter, bread) disproportionate to the absurd price. In 3 adults and a little girl not even 3 years old, we paid 151 euros. Friendly owner but not even a bitter or coffee offered.

13/12/2024: Very nice pub in one of the most characteristic alleys of Benevento. The selection of beers on offer is truly remarkable, the idea of ​​the monitor with relative ranking is nice. The proposed menu is also very good, with excellent quality raw materials used. The only comment I feel like expressing is the excessive slowness in preparation: before you can eat you have to wait quite a while, perhaps too long.

07/10/2024: Nice place, wide choice of beers, but food not to my liking, salty burger dry and dry and I wasn't even asked how to cook it, buffalo mozzarella and burrata in the sandwich not fresh. My boyfriend and I left disappointed.

01/12/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at this pizzeria and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The pizza I tasted was exceptional, with a thin and crunchy base, but at the same time light and digestible. The variety of toppings was rich and well balanced, but what struck me most was the lightness of the pizza: after eating it, I didn't have that feeling of heaviness that often accompanies a pizza dinner. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and at the same time easy to digest pizza!

The atmosphere is always warm and inviting and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a real pleasure.. their search for details is truly that something extra that differentiates it from all the usual anonymous and identical places .. never stop Gnostro!!!!!

You answered: in Italy it's natural" But it's not an excuse, because you didn't tell about it before I sat inside. I visited your place so many times before and you didn't take money for sitting. And now, when I was waiting for my order like 30 minutes, because you couldn't find milk (it's not my fault) you took 1,50 "for service". I feel very sad for this situation and I never visit you again.
