15/10/2025: The watchwords are: politeness and professionalism 🤩!! The owners of the place make you feel at home 🏡 (actually like family). Since we spend several days in the center of Cosenza, we stop by the bar both in the morning and at lunch. Breakfast is full of sweet and savory options, while for lunch there are endless options, both on the menu and off-menu. My favorite dish is pasta and beans!! A special thank you for the welcome you gave us in this city 🤗!!

09/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to come back here. It's like having lunch at home, you feel welcomed and pampered. I was treated to a dessert at the end of the meal. Fantastic value for money.

26/11/2025: It was a pure luck with this place, restaurant was complete in 15 minutes after we arrived. Fresh and tasty seafood, and please, take your time, relax and enjoy the food. Choice of wine really good, and list long. Dessert homemade ❤️ Reservation ☝️is needed

31/12/2025: Excellent ravioli and excellent fresh tortellini, it also has a refreshment point with a rich menu for both takeaway and eating in.

01/11/2025: ...it's more than a hotel, it's also a museum where a computer scientist finds himself in his own world. I regret the lack of beach bungalows, which adds to the unique experience. The food is also excellent; I suggest improving the breakfast selection, even though it's still plentiful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

19/10/2025: Lunch. Good quality food and fresh fish. The swordfish was excellent; my favorite dish. The table service was good, but there's always room for improvement. The location was lovely, but what made everything even more enjoyable was the pianist's entertainment. Mr. Pupa Gabriele, the pianist, created a welcoming, pleasantly convivial, and elegant atmosphere.

11/01/2026: A place that makes a difference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A welcoming and well-kept place, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always available, making us feel immediately at ease. The service was prompt and attentive to detail. It's rare to find a place where the quality of hospitality is so high. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

11/01/2026: After several dinners in this super welcoming and tidy location, we tried a takeout lunch. Very punctual, exceptional, and everything was delicious. The ribs are my favorite. Excellent, see you next time.

14/10/2025: We happened to be passing by and made a pleasant stop at the bar for some excellent gelato and coffee. We were greeted kindly and pleasantly by a wonderful waitress, "Stella," whom we thank for her smiles and the wonderful, sunny disposition she conveyed. Thank you for everything, and also for the yellow gelato for kids, which turned out to be delicious even for me, an adult! :D

08/01/2026: Everything we tried was spectacular. Pizza, calzone, and arancini.

28/11/2025: Super nice owner, very accomodating! The arancinis and pizza were unexpectedly blah. A Thursday evening at about 1830, out of season being late November. We got the last of the arancinis, and our pizzas were made to order. But none were anything special. Dissapointingly. But, maybe it was our timing.

25/12/2025: I've known it for many years; it's my go-to place for lunch or dinner when I pass through Cosenza Nord Rende. Fish reigns supreme.

25/11/2025: Even though Cosenza has become more expensive than central Paris (think of the situation), Nettuno pizzeria remains a paragon of honesty in the Cosenza area. We want more Nettuno, less posh places.

17/11/2025: I would like to point out that this is the first time I've ordered a cake at Bar Arangea. I would like to compliment all the staff for their kindness towards me. The cake (Red Velvet) was delicious, I recommend everyone to go, everything was delicious. Thanks again.

21/09/2025: The quality of the fish is excellent. The service is professional, and the location is beautiful. A good selection of dishes, 4/5 of each type, without those endlessly long tourist menus. Prices are in line with seaside seafood restaurants. Highly recommended... And then, in mid-September, with the beach half-empty and the sea in front... peace of mind.

23/10/2025: Home-style cooking... with exquisite taste... Truly delicious. We followed the waitress's recommendation and ordered the shellfish pasta... Absolutely amazing! The pistachio tartufo was excellent. A simple yet very friendly atmosphere. The people were genuinely kind. We went twice but regret not coming more often. We recommend it 100%.

31/12/2025: Very nice fish oriented restaurant. The food was good, the portions were ok in size. Their "paccheri al bergamotto con pesto de pistachio" were the real highlight which deserves the additional praise. Service was friendly and warm. We liked a lot the decoration of the place. We recommend the reservation as the place looked like very popular among the locals.

31/12/2025: A wonderful experience, one you'll fondly remember. The staff is truly kind and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. I chose the mixed seafood appetizer (salmon, tuna, shrimp, scampi, oysters, and sea urchin): top-quality ingredients, with the shrimp simply sumptuous. It's a shame about the sea urchin, however; it was a bit too salty and therefore less enjoyable than the rest. The paccheri with bergamot really deserve a special mention, a refined and well-executed dish. The only real disappointment is the portions, which are unfortunately rather small and leave a slight disappointment. The food prices are overall fair and offer a good quality/price ratio; the only disappointment is the €5 limoncello, which is decidedly excessive for what's on offer. Overall, a high-quality restaurant, with a few small flaws that, if addressed, would make it truly impeccable.
