21/03/2026: Wonderful secluded but in-town quiet location, the rooms are very nice, very clean and spacious, they include a small but efficient kitchenette, the bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay, they also have a great restaurant where you can enjoy the local delicacies.

23/02/2026: In the center of L'Aquila, just steps from Piazza Duomo and the main street, lies our favorite restaurant in the city. We've been frequenting Da Lincosta since 2019, and it has never disappointed us at every lunch or dinner, always noting an improvement in the quality of the dishes offered. They also recently renovated the restaurant, and in the summer, you can dine on their splendid terrace. The menu changes based on seasonal produce, but some dishes are always present, and having tasted practically all of them over the years, I can confirm what I said above. The wine list is excellent, featuring excellent wines from Abruzzo. The desserts deserve special mention: pastry chef Federico, the owners' son, creates sublime and balanced desserts. Also worth trying is the Sunday breakfast, which is offered in both sweet and savory options, always using homemade products. I recommend booking.

04/03/2026: A wonderful and pleasant surprise! Everything you expect when you eat out. A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, and food where the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Without overcomplicating things, they achieve a beautiful presentation, pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The combination of quantity and quality is perfect. We tried the charcuterie board and two very tender and juicy cuts of meat—I can't even take a picture because everything was so delicious I forgot to. This is a restaurant I'd put in every town in the world so I could return to it wherever I went. My congratulations to the owner and staff!

11/03/2026: On our way back from Puglia, we stopped for dinner. What a surprise!!! Excellent meal. The hot appetizer was top-notch, the first courses were delicious, and the meat, needless to say! The service was top-notch, and everything went perfectly! The only small drawback was that the place was packed, making it a bit noisy... Well done, guys. Highly recommended!!!!

However, when we finally got the bill, we had a few surprises with the prices, including extras like an appetizer for five people, which was charged for seven, and a bottle of wine that shouldn't have been included, or rather, offered, but was instead paid for. 26/02/2026: Last night we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was attentive and polite—no complaints about the staff. However, after dinner, my boyfriend and I developed symptoms of food poisoning. It was a very difficult night. Judging by our order, the problem was most likely related to the fish (photos of the dishes are attached). In an establishment of this caliber, you'd expect strict quality control and freshness of ingredients, especially when it comes to fish. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. Very disappointed. I hope management will pay attention to the quality and storage conditions of the food. I'm very disappointed in the restaurant. The atmosphere and the service are very attentive and polite—it's a personal mistake. Purtroppo, dopo la cena io e il mio compagno abbiamo accusato sintomi di intossicazione alimentare. La notte è stata davvero difficile. Considerando ciò che abbiamo ordinato, è molto probabile che il problema fosse legato al pesce (alleghiamo foto dei piatti). In un locale di questo livello ci si aspetta un rigoroso controllo della qualità e della freschezza dei prodotti, soprattutto quando si tratta di pesce. La nostra esperienza, purtroppo, è stata ben diversa dalle aspettative. Siamo molto delusi. Speriamo che la direzione presti maggiore attenzione alla qualità e alla conservazione degli alimenti.

10/03/2026: Simply spectacular! Passing by with my dad, we stumbled upon it by pure chance, and we literally felt right at home. Lorenzo is a true leader of the dining room, he knows how to entertain with charm, he knows how to advise, and with his "I'll take care of it" attitude, he never fails! Extremely high-quality home-cooked food, with portions that will keep you hungry for two days. Kudos to Lorenzo's mother, who we learned is the kitchen's leader. Highly recommended!
