Andrea and Barbara have the gift of understanding how precious the trust their guests place in choosing their restaurant is, and they truly understand the value of time! The time people choose to spend in their restaurant is the time needed to grow authentic products and prepare them with the necessary care. The restaurant is small (about 12 seats), with meticulous attention to detail. The menu is fixed and the same for all guests, and dinner is at 8:00 PM. Barbara prepares delicious vegetarian recipes using local products grown directly near the restaurant, while Andrea welcomes his guests with great warmth and kindness, introducing the restaurant, their daily activities, and each course with meticulous care, conveying all their love for growing products and their artisanal preparation according to ancient traditions. 06/04/2026: I booked for Easter just by looking at the reviews, since I'd never been to L'Aquila, and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent food, with a focus on local ingredients but also innovation, delicate and refined flavors, and excellent, attentive, and friendly service. Excellent, one of my best Easter lunches. N.B.: The dulcis venia was a small masterpiece of taste and beauty!

21/03/2026: Wonderful secluded but in-town quiet location, the rooms are very nice, very clean and spacious, they include a small but efficient kitchenette, the bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay, they also have a great restaurant where you can enjoy the local delicacies.

04/03/2026: A wonderful and pleasant surprise! Everything you expect when you eat out. A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, and food where the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Without overcomplicating things, they achieve a beautiful presentation, pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The combination of quantity and quality is perfect. We tried the charcuterie board and two very tender and juicy cuts of meat—I can't even take a picture because everything was so delicious I forgot to. This is a restaurant I'd put in every town in the world so I could return to it wherever I went. My congratulations to the owner and staff!

06/04/2026: A small, rustic mountain restaurant with outdoor seating. Excellent value for money, this cozy, family-friendly restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the service is fairly quick. Generous portions, especially for the starters, and the menu offers a good selection of desserts, especially the fig tart.

21/03/2026: A quick trip to Abruzzo to adopt a puppy. We already had our dog with us that evening, so we opted for dinner in the apartment where we were staying. We went to get some takeaway arrosticini, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. They were very kind and wrapped it all up for us so we could enjoy it piping hot... highly recommended.

18/04/2026: Lovely place! Excellent food and good value. For us, it's now a must-visit when we stay in the area. We had a cured meats appetizer and some first courses: everything was truly excellent. The dessert, a ricotta tart, was also noteworthy. The only negatives are the location and the table layout. The location, because it's a short walk and some stairs to reach it: we were with my elderly mother, and it was a bit of a struggle. The table layout, however, was a bit too close together, which wasn't very comfortable for a group like ours (8 people with 2 children). Despite these small issues, which we managed without any particular difficulty, the experience was exceptional, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Elisabetta, the owner, is always ready and willing to make her guests feel at home. If you're in the area and want to eat well, you absolutely must visit.
