Exaggerated tuna tartare with citrus fruits then swordfish with celery and very good pink sauce then very good octopus carpaccio steamed prawns with pink sauce a very good sauce with goat cheese all accompanied by its amazing 7-grain focaccia that you can eat and eat again... If you then taste his milk cream risotto with prawns flavored with truffles, you will start calling him MARSTRO too.. 26/06/2025: Solo a pochi passi da Piazza Castello, ha aperto un posto locale chiamato Artigiano e non è un caso, perché è davvero un ristorante tradizionale. Da queste parti si mangiano ingredienti biologici e prodotti di produzione propria come carne o formaggio, farina e uova.
