03/09/2025: This afternoon my girlfriend and I went to the Gran Caffè San Marco bar for an aperitif and I have to say it was a terrible experience. We sat outside without being greeted at all, and after about ten minutes a hasty waiter took our order. After another 10 minutes, the bartender behind the counter, whom I could see from my seat outside, shouted out our order because they had absentmindedly forgotten two very common drinks. I was forced to shout out our order again because none of the staff bothered to come over. After another 10 minutes, our order arrived with some very poor quality bagged chips, the Aperol Soda was completely wrong, it seemed like drinking simple slightly sparkling water colored red and the Virgin Mojito tasted like toothpaste and the presentation was very unpleasant, we didn't even finish our drink, after a few sips and a cigarette we went to pay, we paid 13 euros for an aperitif in a bar overlooking the street with unqualified staff hired from the street, maybe they also have a "great coffee" but we definitely won't be stopping by to try it!

02/09/2025: We stopped by for coffee. The service was quick, the waitress very kind, and the coffee good. The atmosphere is that of a fairly standard bar.

20/07/2025: Inizia tutto con la prenotazione del posto dove ci chiedono di arrivare prima delle 21 perché alle 21:30 chiudono la cucina. Premetto che eravamo in 15 quindi non trovo ragione per non poter tener aperta la cucina 30 min in più. Detto ciò arriviamo sul posto dove siamo accolti in modo maleducatissimo dal cameriere che per tutta la serata ci ha trattati malissimo e con una sufficienza imbarazzante. Oltre il servizio, il cibo non era per niente eccelso, molto X. Mi dispiace molto perché il posto e la vista ne valgono la pena.

25/06/2025: Abbiamo passato una serata con amiche per festeggiare addio nubilato.Location sicuramente panoramica, cenato all'aperto.Preso aperitivo quasi tutti analcolici, crostoni con affettato e baccalà mantecato x 7 (2 a testa), alcune hanno preso solo il primo,alcune solo il secondo ( carne).Bevuto acqua. Infine la torta ( ordinata per l'occasione).Caffè per 4. Speso 340€ ( torta 45€). Servizio veloce e cortese. Tavola un po' trasandata,legno rovinato, sottopiatto ,tovagliolo e portaposate in carta. Senza infamia e senza lode.

30/03/2025: We ordered a cake for a birthday and asked for it to be small. Once collected, however, we were delivered a larger cake than expected. We had requested a chocolate filling, but we were given cream. Furthermore, we had left a deposit of €10, and we were guaranteed that the total price would not exceed €25. At the time of collection, €40!! (More than agreed), we found another person who delivered the cake with plenty of cream, when we had asked for very little. Unfortunately, as we needed it for the afternoon, we couldn't discuss it at the time, but the situation certainly deserved clarification. Once tasted, the cake was too sweet and the sponge cake with cream was not balanced at all. Disappointing experience, we absolutely do not recommend this pastry shop.

17/08/2025: The owner is rude and dismissive. She constantly complains, refuses to charge with a credit card (when it's mandatory), and if you ask for it, she gets upset and rude! Highly discouraged.

15/08/2025: "Mint is only used as a garnish." Thus began our very unpleasant stay at this "4-star hotel." My boyfriend and I wanted to spend two days relaxing by the pool, but we immediately encountered obstacles. Starting right by the pool, we found the loungers in terrible condition, both in terms of cleanliness and functionality. They were rusty and extremely dirty. The pool was full of insects, never checked by the staff, and the electric robot in the water didn't work. We then decided to have an "aperitivo" (again by the pool), as the hotel has an adjacent piano bar. Unfortunately, when we asked for three very simple cocktails, the bartender was extremely confused and unprepared, even asking another member of staff how to make them. The other equally incompetent staff member exclaimed that he didn't have any mint to make the mojito and continued, "Mint is just a garnish." Needless to say, the cocktail tasted like dirty water (we had to ask for it to be changed). To make sure we didn't miss anything, upon returning to the hotel at around 1:00 AM, we found the front door locked. We rang the doorbell several times, with no answer. At that point (after waiting at least 5 minutes), we called the hotel's number and were told, "You could have rang the bell," as if we hadn't already done so at least four times. About two minutes after the call, someone arrived and finally let us into the hotel. At 6:30 in the morning, as if that weren't enough, we even started hearing a cell phone alarm from another room for at least 5 minutes, which testifies to the fact that the rooms are completely lacking in soundproofing. Every little noise seemed to be in our room, even if it came from rooms quite far away. We had to call reception again to ask them to intervene. And that's not all, unfortunately, the situation worsened the next evening. We returned from our dinner out and found ourselves catapulted into a DJ set we had absolutely no notice about. We called at 1:45 to ask what time they would turn the music off and were told 2:00. The music was still loud until 2:10, so we called a second time and finally they turned it off. Our stay, which was supposed to be a relaxing one, turned into a nightmare. P.S.: If there are online services (such as a fitness room), they should actually be available.

05/08/2025: The pool is very nice, the food is decent, the prices are a bit high - a pliers costs 15 euros... there's definitely room for improvement, but they need a good manager... not everyone has a Ferrari and knows how to drive it... unfortunately, that's how it is.

06/09/2025: Overall, the quality of the products is good. It's in a shopping mall, so the atmosphere is similar. The spaces are adequate, even if they're not exactly clean in the hustle and bustle, and the prices are fairly fair. The problem for us was the girl who served us: she was rude and unwelcoming. When I asked about the ice cream flavors, she responded rudely. Then I ordered a large frozen yogurt and, in addition to giving me a medium cup, she informed me, after I'd already put Nutella on the bottom, that there were only three additions, including the Nutella on the bottom, and that I couldn't put it on top if I wanted two more additions. It didn't ruin my day, but it wasn't a great experience.

08/06/2025: Expensive and not quality. 15 euros for a tasteless first course with 10 microscopic frozen shrimps. Unacceptable! 4 first courses and two bottles of water 75 euros.

12/08/2025: Great local pizza and kebab place. Very cheap and the staff is super friendly. If you are in the neighborhood try it out.

05/08/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I'd give it 0 stars. On Tuesday, I called for a Mille Folie for 10 people for Sunday. On Sunday morning, I went to the pastry shop, and the lady who makes them repeatedly told me she didn't have any reservations for this cake. Obviously, the call made on Tuesday is on my phone. I was told to try the pastry shop in Prealpino, which is obviously just an ice cream shop. I was truly disappointed and speechless, very sad!

01/08/2025: I wanted a good pistachio croissant, I read pastry shop, but the croissant was stale, at least 2 days old... what a disappointment
