12/09/2025: I've known it for years, and I stop by on my way to the Romagna coast. Friendly staff, excellent food, and the location is truly beautiful. Plenty of seating.

22/08/2025: Perfect place for a picnic with well-organized and very good piadina shop, unfortunately the prices have increased slightly here too, as everywhere else.

06/10/2025: Caution - Do not eat here. We just ate here and my wife has been puking her brains out within an hour of eating here. The service was also not great. The food obviously, not good considering the food poisoning. Also, the amount of cat pee everywhere outside and in the bathrooms was nauseating

17/09/2025: We had a delicious meal at Quarantuno! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We walked by at 6:00 PM with our two young children, looking for an early dinner. Although they normally don't open until 7:00 PM, they opened an hour early especially for us. And the food was excellent! One of the best dinners we had during our vacation. The combination of their hospitality, the lovely atmosphere, and the high quality of the food makes Quarantuno an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be back when we're in Pietrasanta again!

The atmosphere of the restaurant along with the warmth it exudes and its location (inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele) made a simple dinner an unforgettable experience! 16/09/2025: Located in a not particularly nice area of ​​Grosseto, but with the possibility of free parking near the restaurant, very convenient if you have children, very friendly service and good and plentiful food, medium-low price (in my experience), simple but tasty mixed vegetable/fish appetizer, very good and tasty pizzas just the way we like them and a seafood first course that was good but not finished because it was plentiful, we ate outside and were lucky enough to find a cool evening and not too crowded, takeaway pizzas are available to order and freshly made, definitely worth trying for a quiet evening and enjoying a good dinner at the right price, which is very important for a family.

The employees were much more interested in each other and having a long conversation, insteed to take care of the customer… They put the cakes into a paper bag. he asked back four times that what I exactly want. Putting wraps and paper around several cakes, but finally when I offered the cakes to my family on the street it turned out not all was packed. it is really disappointing. Doing it 10 times a day makes this a really nice extra income…
