24/08/2025: Unfortunately, we can't rate the food or service, as neither of these things happened. After we had to ask for a seat because we were completely ignored, tables were hastily cleaned but none were assigned. Since it had already taken more than 10 minutes, we sat ourselves. The staff's ignorance continued, however. After three more tables were occupied by guests, who received their drinks before us, we decided to leave. Good service looks different. They should take a leaf out of the book at the Römerkeller Giardino around the corner. We switched to this restaurant and were served promptly and courteously.

22/08/2025: The food was delicious and came fairly quickly. However, the service was very unfriendly, and we felt ignored. That was a real shame…

27/09/2025: I had lunch at the restaurant here twice, the pressed canederli were very good, I recommend them!

14/09/2025: Unfortunately, they didn't let us have lunch inside today, September 14, 2025, because we had a mixed-breed dog (Labrador-type, but smaller). We asked to sit at the tables outside, but they said no because it had rained an hour earlier and the waitresses might slip! But we're in the mountains, the sun was already out! It's a shame we've dined there both inside and out in the past with our dog without any problems. The place was almost empty...we won't be back.

20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

13/09/2025: The porcini mushroom and potato soup was okay, the Zaya Zelle with porcini mushrooms was also okay. The goulash with dumplings tasted like canned goulash, and the dumplings weren't homemade either. The food was returned and wasn't charged. The service was very friendly, which is why it gets five stars, but the food wasn't convincing. We should have been warned, because the menu has a huge selection of dishes, so that can't be good.

15/10/2025: Delicious wine, good espresso, tasteless pizza. Fast service that makes you feel like you have to leave quickly. And we succeeded, because we'll never be back.

15/10/2025: Okay, I'll tell you, I won't be going back. Why? - Food: We had pizza; the dough was tasteless and lacking passion. The "stein pilsner" (stone pilsner) was slippery, so it came from a jar. The toppings were sparse. - Wine and espresso were good. - Service: The door was held open for you. Everything came quickly, which wasn't pleasant or cozy. - Atmosphere: We felt like we had to leave quickly, so 3 stars and we won't be returning.

15/07/2025: Extremely disappointing food experience. The food tries to be sophisticated and unique, but unfortunately, the taste is so poor that it’s nearly inedible. It's really upsetting, especially considering that hotel guests don’t have other dining options on-site. To find alternative restaurants, you have to leave the property via funicular, which is inconvenient.

10/07/2025: Mange dejlige retter på menukortet og vores oplevelse blev ødelagt lidt af, at personalet havde meget travlt og ikke var særligt servicemindede. Vi ventede meget længe på at få regning og ville egentlig have haft dessert, men blev aldrig spurgt.

07/06/2025: L'interno del locale è molto carino. Le pizze le abbiamo mangiare giusto perché eravamo affamati. Il dolce, uno strudel, per nulla all'altezza con decorazione di panna che non sapeva di nulla. Il personale? Pessimo.

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
