06/03/2026: We visited this venue for our wedding and it was love at first sight. A truly enchanting place, with a romantic, fairytale atmosphere reminiscent of beautiful Italian farmhouses. The outdoor space is also stunning and perfect for celebrating moments filled with love. In person, it's even more beautiful than we imagined: our expectations are exceeded as soon as we enter. We had no hesitation in choosing this venue. We can't wait to celebrate our special day here.

21/04/2026: We’ve been to this restaurant four times in a row for dinner, and it’s been the best decision. The ingredients are always fresh, there’s a different daily special every day, and the waiter who served us could answer all our questions and even recommend places to visit as a tourist. If we ever go back to Sicily I’m sure we’re gonna visit this place again.

17/05/2026: I underestimated the portion sizes in this Sicilian restaurant. It's located by the sea, and although the weather wasn't great the day I visited, it was still very relaxing. I stumbled upon this place; I was staying at a hotel only 500 meters away. It was incredibly generous. I ordered the 35-pound set meal, and they brought out so many appetizers, plus two more pasta dishes – we couldn't finish it all! Highly recommended! Everything in my photos is included in the set meal, including drinks. I don't drink alcohol, but I ordered a little white wine. Highly recommended!!!

01/05/2026: Everything was good, the food was good, and the service was kind to us customers and also the owner Camillo was always available to help the customer. I recommend it.

07/05/2026: I was invited to an 18th birthday party. As a celiac, I ate poorly. The service was very poor regarding gluten-free options, with very little clarity about what was allowed and what wasn't. They confused the gluten-free and casein-free options for other guests. The only satisfying course was the appetizer, where they prepared almost the same menu in a gluten-free version. For the rest of the dinner, there was no distinction between the regular and gluten-free options.

03/05/2026: A truly top-notch venue; I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary there. And I found the organization excellent, the staff truly professional, always present, and impeccable—10 out of 10. The food was top-notch; in short, the entire event was considered top-notch. I personally thank them for the wonderful evening.

13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.

04/06/2026: Etna Palace is the perfect choice if you're looking for a dream location to create wonderful memories of a special day. And it was our choice for the most important day of our lives. We contacted Chef Carmelo and the incredibly sweet Maria Rosa, who immediately welcomed us with kindness and affection, making us feel at home. Together, we chose the menu, the decorations, and every little detail. Everything was perfect even before we saw it; it's something that shines through and is immediately understood. But the real surprise came later, when the party began. Everything was better than we could have imagined or desired. The room seemed to be made of cotton candy, such is the delicacy and care taken in the decorations. Maria Rosa loves her job, and it shows: she transforms everything she touches into a jewel. The lunch was indescribable: abundant, imaginative, fragrant dishes (and hot, which is not a given!), masterfully prepared by the Chef. We celebrated our wedding on a beautiful day in late May, and despite the fear of the somewhat uncertain weather forecast, everything went perfectly. We want to thank everyone once again: Chef Carmelo, the wonderful Maria Rosa, all the dining room staff, and even those who worked behind the scenes to make our day unforgettable. 30/05/2026: We chose this location to celebrate our wedding day, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We're truly delighted and grateful for everything they did for us. The venue is simply stunning: pools, fountains, manicured lawns, and a dreamy atmosphere that left all our guests speechless. The food was excellent, and we received countless compliments from our guests, who ate wonderfully from start to finish. A special thank you goes to the owners, whose sweetness, helpfulness, and kindness are rare.
