We want to warn you that getting to or from the restaurant is very difficult due to the narrow streets. If you encounter another car, it could be a real problem.
It should be better signposted.

Welcome, with a welcome glass of prosecco and a savory wafer. Fast, attentive, professional, and very kind service.
Truly good food.
My wife ordered the Bronte pizza, about €14; it has a very light, flaky dough and excellent toppings, in addition to the generous portion.
I ordered the fish appetizer for myself; for €22, you can satisfy your hunger, delighting in a delicious pepper caponata, a trio of marinated fish, a selection of fried small fish (very fresh), octopus salad, peppered mussels, and two anchovies (I would have preferred some marinated anchovies).
Good crusty bread; as soon as the first basket was finished, the waiter immediately brought a second without me having time to ask.
A 750 ml bottle of still water and a 33 cl Strait beer.
Finally, a warm chocolate heart for my wife and a mandarin sorbet for me.
All this for €57, including €2.80 per person for the cover charge. (A little high, but still satisfying.)
An experience to repeat!

04/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance while strolling along the Torre Archirafi seafront.
We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on the menu: everything was fresh and good quality, with generous and flavorful appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the house specialty, shrimp and spider crab risotto...very, very good!
In short, if you're in the area, it's a must-try!

21/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation (a very intimate affair with just 12 people), and they reserved a table for me in the Botanike restaurant area. I chose the ikebana menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and a cake to celebrate. I couldn't have been happier. The service was excellent, and they paid attention to every detail (the table linens, the red candles). They even reserved a table for me for photos with the cake, even though I hadn't booked the entire room. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I consider them professionals!

13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.

15/04/2026: I sat down at this café for a coffee and a small Nutella croissant. After taking a second bite, I realized it was still undercooked inside, so I asked for a replacement. They replaced it with a swirl, and the cashier suddenly made me pay for both without telling me anything. The wait staff was terrible; when I complained, they told me they wouldn't give me money back, and above all, they didn't give me the attention I deserved. They've definitely lost a customer, since I used to come here so often!
10/04/2026: The desserts are good, but for cocktails, go elsewhere.
I ordered a gin and lemon and a gin and tonic that tasted only of tonic and lemonade, and paid €22.

03/11/2023: Abbiamo festeggiato la laurea di mio figlio a fine ottobre....che dire...tutto bellissimo e perfetto,dalla sala elegante e perfettamente apparecchiata,dal terrazzo in cui sono stati serviti antipasti e dolci buonissimi entrambi....e per finire la cena...servita alla perfezione e cibo ottimo grazie al loro bravissimo chef Arezzi.Un ringraziamento particolare alle due signore Valeria e Liliana che ci hanno accompagnato con professionalità e disponibilità prima e durante il ricevimento

Hotel Scrivano- Ristorante Le Delizie

19/05/2025: Oggi, da buoni pensionati, continuando nel nostro progetto di girovagare per i paesi e i borghi siciliani, col mio fraterno amico, nonché ex collega, Giuseppe Giuffrida, siamo andati a Randazzo. Abbiamo cercato e trovato del pane buono (come non si trova quasi più a Catania), salumi, formaggi, e funghi cardoncelli, meglio conosciuti come funghi di ferla. Poi, e qui viene il bello, siamo andati al ristorante Le Delizie di Pippo Scrivano dell’omonimo hotel Scrivano, adiacente alla piazza principale di Randazzo. Che meraviglia e che gusto per il palato! Descrivo brevemente il nostro pranzo, che vi invito a replicare: Zuppa di funghi (che più buona non c'è); antipasti vari, compresa la leggendaria Caponata di Scrivano; pappardelle al ragù di maiale nero e funghi cardoncelli. Una vera “delizia”, innaffiata dal vino delle cantine dell'Etna. Non abbiamo preso il secondo perché eravamo satolli e soddisfatti. Conoscete la dolce e confortate sensazione di alzarsi dalla tavola con un pensiero felice in testa e una sensazione di pace col mondo? Ebbene sì, noi, all’uscita, ci sentivamo proprio così! Onore a Scrivano e al suo entourage.
