Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.
