The staff was very kind and friendly, and they really turned our evening around. They also handled an unexpected situation caused by other customers very well. The atmosphere is welcoming, with the option of eating sitting on the floor with your hands, as is traditional. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.

08/06/2026: I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that the food is consistently excellent. Every dish I’ve tried has been top-tier. ​On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. We bonded over our shared appreciation for authentic Ethiopian cuisine, and he kindly offered to host my friends and me for a special, authentic African dinner. We were treated to a selection of off-menu specialties, including a fantastic Doro Wat and various traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean stews, alongside some of the delicious starters from their regular menu. ​The service was charming and incredibly attentive. Our waitress was wonderful; she took the time to explain every dish and its ingredients in great detail, which really added to the experience. ​This place has become our go-to spot for dinner. Each visit brings back fond memories of my travels in Africa. Beyond the incredible flavors, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and maintains a very high standard of quality. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality meal served with genuine hospitality, look no further.

12/04/2026: The staff were very professional and attentive, the place was very nice and quiet, and the food was very good. The only thing we didn't like was the strawberry risotto, as it had too much cheese that overpowered the other flavors. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I'll be back.

02/02/2026: An excellent vocational school offering our students, fresh out of middle school, the opportunity to learn professions such as hairstylists, beauticians, pastry chefs, bakers, restaurant and waiters, chefs, and graphic designers. A strict selection process with limited places is available for new classes, for truly motivated and determined students. Excellent teachers and professionals from all fields are available and professional. Recommended for those with learning disabilities. In addition, the school has a brewery where you can sample excellent craft beers in the adjoining pub.

27/04/2026: We went here with friends. The service was friendly and quick, with great customer service. I had delicious mussels and a great fried fish dish, which I highly recommend (even as a main dish because it's so filling). My friends had good pizza, but they didn't like the whole-grain pizza. Recommended

22/03/2026: The pizza was excellent. This time, I wasn't as happy with the food. The baked potatoes were too burnt. The vegetables were too richly gratinated compared to the vegetables and tomatoes.

09/05/2026: A quiet evening with friends. Good food. We ordered two Aperol Spritzes, a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, a plate of turkey slices with tuna sauce, two paellas, and a dessert. Finally, water. With the 30% discount from The Fork, we paid €29 each. Good quality, warm welcome, and good service. RECOMMENDED.

13/04/2026: A very pleasant dinner, featuring a well-executed traditional Piedmontese menu. We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.

31/05/2026: We chose La Sorgente to celebrate our wedding there. They were kind and helpful. They catered well to people with allergies, vegetarians, and others. The food was excellent. The service and staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

24/05/2026: We celebrated an eighteenth birthday here. Nothing to complain about the location, it was very scenic. In our experience, everything went very quickly. The waiter brought out the dishes at lightning speed, even taking away still-full pasta plates when someone got up to dance or something. After serving us the roast, 10 minutes later the sorbet that was supposed to be served for dessert arrived. Unfortunately, when it was time for the cake, due to some people having to leave early, the service was interrupted, and again, the still-full cake plates were taken away, including the birthday girl's. Another thing we didn't find "fair" was the fact that the room was decorated for a wedding the following day, leaving very little room for the birthday girl's decorations. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience; the DJ did a good job entertaining all age groups. From our point of view, there was no rush to finish eating, since the room was booked until 1pm.

07/06/2026: The family sits down at the table and orders paella and a plate of spaghetti allo scoglio. Instead of paella, they receive boiled saffron rice accompanied by two boiled calamari. The spaghetti allo scoglio arrives 30 minutes late, with excessive quantities but no seafood.
