22/11/2025: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The menu offers a wide variety. We chose the mixed antipasto, which featured excellent local specialties, the classic tajarin with artisanal butter and the addition of truly fragrant and delicious white truffle. Then we chose the Fiorentina steak (the meat is truly excellent), cooked on the stone with its own vegetables, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade desserts were excellent... we paired the dishes with an excellent 2022 Ruchè. The experience at this restaurant was also very pleasant thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We will gladly return and highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: A unique experience, absolutely worth trying, especially if you go to the small dining room where you eat on the floor and with your hands (I recommend booking because it's worth it). The waitress is incredibly kind and always smiling; it's a pleasure to watch her wander from table to table. The dishes are delicious and you can taste they're expertly prepared. I highly recommend them!!

10/11/2025: A lovely restaurant in a small town a few kilometers from Casale Monferrato. The atmosphere is youthful yet unobtrusive, and the cuisine is excellent, prepared with great care and expertise. The service is efficient and available for any questions or requests regarding the various dishes. The menu is very carefully curated and delicious. Definitely worth a try.

17/08/2025: There's a very positive energy at Piemontesine... a mix of the magical atmosphere of the place and the village and the professionalism of Chatlotte, Jerome, and the other people I met there. The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! 19/10/2025: Terrible service (they carried bottles of water to the table under their armpits). Only three of the four pizzas arrived, and after asking about them, the fourth arrived a quarter of an hour later, incorrect and incredibly salty. Terrible grilled meat and raw vegetables on the side. The coffee order was also wrong. A disaster.

27/11/2025: Impeccable!!! We celebrated my daughter's confirmation at this restaurant. Everything was prepared down to the smallest detail, the food was excellent, and above all, the service was excellent. Everyone remarked that there was no need to ask for water, wine, or anything else that might be missing. We parents also relaxed with them. Thank you all, we will definitely be back.

17/11/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. The location was worthy, but the strong point was the excellent food, from appetizer to main course, especially the tender meat. I highly recommend it.

From the moment you enter, you feel like you're somewhere else: an intimate yet refined atmosphere, a family welcome, and a discreet luxury that doesn't flaunt itself but speaks volumes: haute cuisine is served here with authentic elegance. The tables are small, the attention to detail is meticulous, the service attentive but never ostentatious—perfect for those who truly want to pamper themselves. The ingredients seem to be chosen specifically to amaze: each dish is a gesture, a story, an emotion. The courses follow one another with harmony, balance, and passion. And—I say this with conviction—I know of no other restaurant in the area that reaches this level: not for quality, not for atmosphere, not for that "something" that makes you think you're somewhere special. 19/11/2025: Cascina Marchesa is located within a park where you can enjoy a tranquility similar to that of the countryside despite being in the city. You can reach it by car, but please note that access is limited by the one-way road. Furthermore, the maps indicate that you must walk the last 100 meters on a small road, which is paved but appears to be reserved for pedestrians walking in the park.

12/11/2025: I organized a family buffet for a graduation, and the experience was terrible. We arrived and the buffet table was empty! They took a long time to serve everything; we even had to ask for water when it ran out. They didn't look after us and left us alone in this little room overlooking the kitchen. Terrible organization.
