16/05/2025: Extremely disappointing experience — never going back. Out of my two-month trip in Italy, this was by far the worst customer service I encountered. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. When my baby's ice cream started melting, I quickly grabbed a plastic cup from the counter to help — instead of understanding, the employee snapped at me and demanded payment, claiming it was a “high cost for the owner.” Another employee insisted I pay €0.50, even though I offered immediately. I had also paid for water, which they forgot, and when I asked for it as I was leaving, it was dropped on the table without a word. No apology, no kindness, not even a smile. I tried speaking Italian to be respectful, but they made no effort to communicate or help me as a tourist. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 15/05/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at this place. I’ve been a regular customer, often spending $20–$30 on coffee and ice cream, but after today, I’ll never go back. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My child’s ice cream was falling, so I grabbed a small cone that was right there. One of the girls said to me in a very rude tone, “You have to ask first!”. I told her that if I could just explain it to me nicely, I would have paid without a problem. Then another girl with curly hair told me, again in a rude way, to go to the cashier and pay 50 cents. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place I used to like. 12/03/2025: Very bad. Food not included in the price of the cocktail. They ask you €6 for each saucer in which they put 3 cold and tasteless things. Almost limited choice. Background music at the beginning of the evening only for jazz lovers

23/02/2025: Sunday evening aperitif with a group of friends. Since we are all vegans, we warned them in advance and they really prepared everything!!! Everything was really excellent and plentiful. The perfect drinks. Only note: it would be nice if they included fixed vegan dishes in their aperitifs, however they are healthy and really tasty
