15/03/2026: I chose this place for our anniversary. It's now the third time we've been back, and it never disappoints! Excellent service and delicious food. The charcuterie board was truly excellent, made with fresh produce! The restaurant is very quaint and well-heated. Perfect service. I'll definitely be back.
15/03/2026: I went for the first time on Saturday evening, March 14th....I must say I had a wonderful meal, typical Pavia cuisine, something that's becoming increasingly rare nowadays...in a welcoming, traditional, and very relaxing atmosphere...I highly recommend you try it!!!

03/12/2025: Bar Lux… a wonderful discovery
Today I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at Bar Lux with friends and family. I can only say I'm more than satisfied: both the service and the staff were impeccable, always kind and helpful.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Paolo for his great availability and patience, shown both with me and my mother during a truly wonderful, but also—let's face it—emotional moment. He handled every detail with professionalism, accommodating all our requests and even accommodating us when, at the last minute, we notified him of our arrival well in advance.
I also highly recommend the cakes prepared by their pastry chef: to call them delicious is truly an understatement!

You pay for a cocktail of your choice from the menu, plus €6 for a buffet dish. Each dish is a "gondola," and the level of filling is determined by the staff at the buffet counter.
When asked if anything could be added, given the space available, the response was, "Well, you'll see, it's already too big."
Courtesy and professionalism are excellent business cards.

04/01/2026: I make crepes better at home... Get €6.50 for a hard, dry crepe, with chocolate passed off as Nutella but which isn't Nutella (you could be charged) and an exorbitant price for the quality that is absolutely lacking. Totally disgraceful. This city is increasingly in disarray in the hands of incompetent entrepreneurs.
23/11/2025: We stopped here for a snack and had two slices of cake, three cappuccinos, and two teas. The drinks were excellent, but the cakes were a bit too sweet and sugary. The atmosphere is very nice, perhaps just the music on the radio was a tad too loud. The service was really friendly.

10/02/2024: Questo posto è particolarmente indicato per pernottamenti di lavoro. La cucina è ottima e curata nei minimi dettagli, le camere sono molto spaziose ben curate e sopratutto sono molto pulite.
