09/05/2026: Super elegant place from the outside, but inside it's a beautiful rustic kitchen. The service, besides being super nice and helpful, you can see that they really care about their products and customers. Seven of us came from Milan, and I have to say that for what we ate and how much the price was, it was truly excellent. I repeat, SPECTACULAR food. Highly recommended ❤️

11/05/2026: It's a bit off the beaten track, but it's worth a visit to try authentic Italian cuisine. The pizza is excellent, the spaghetti is perfect, and the seafood risotto is superb. The desserts are excellent – there's a separate menu. The coffee is also excellent. The restaurant's clientele is entirely Italian, which is the best recommendation.

This restaurant is a true gem for seafood lovers: the highest quality and incredible freshness are evident in every bite. Each dish is an explosion of flavor, prepared with great care and attention.
But what makes everything even more special is the owner: a fantastic, cheerful, and incredibly knowledgeable person, capable of giving perfect advice and making you feel truly pampered. Thanks to her suggestions, we had an unforgettable culinary journey!
A place that deserves top marks in every way. I can't wait to go back!
18/03/2026: Refined atmosphere. Excellent service. Fresh raw fish appetizer. Delicious paccheri with lobster and sea bass with potatoes. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Quality wines paired with the dishes. Every time it's a pleasure! Thank you!

07/04/2026: We only had Aperol (highly recommended), and the fact that they even asked if our dog needed water was incredibly kind! The music was pleasant, and the view was fantastic!

They are also helpful in thinking along regarding gluten-free food.
And the staff is friendly.
The food was also ready quite quickly.
I had a rib-eye steak and it was really good, and the dessert was also delicious and gluten-free. Simply top-notch 👍.

21/05/2026: This was the second time we had pizzas here and it was good again! Now the staff was different than last time, but the service was nice again. No information from the hotel.
09/04/2026: Our group tried several dishes here, including seafood, lasagna, pizza, and pasta. Unfortunately, we would not recommend the seafood at all—the fish we received was overcooked and burnt. The pizza and lasagna were decent, but nothing particularly memorable.
The service was good and the staff were polite and attentive, which we appreciated. That said, while the overall experience was okay, we wouldn’t necessarily recommend the food.

16/05/2025: We had the misfortune of having dinner here. The lasagne was bland, watery and overcooked to the point of being mush, carbonara had turned into scrambled egg and the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. I expect everything was frozen and reheated in the microwave. I sent my lasagne back and staff then avoided our table for the rest of the meal, even when it was apparent that several dishes were untouched. They were indifferent when I mentioned the issues with the food. If I was the owner I would be extremely concerned that such poor standard of food is allowed to leave the kitchen as most of it was inedible.
17/04/2025: Ottimo per tutto! Cibo, Prezzi, Posizione! Ci torno sempre volentieri al Ristorante Pizzeria Vecchia Marina; Lo consiglio!
p.s. fanno anche un ulteriore sconto del 10% a chi alloggia all'attiguo Hotel Johnson ! (Ottimo Hotel che consiglio).

05/06/2025: Wish I'd have read the reviews before we visited this place. We were attracted to the lovely surroundings and were in need of a rest and a couple of drinks. Fortunately we didn't eat. When we paid at the end we were handed a receipt for 15euros which was more than the menu price however when I checked the credit card bill later they'd actually charged over £15 which must have been about 18 euros. The place is total rip off.

Personale menefreghista e non attento al bisogno del cliente.Io e un'amica abbiamo preso il fritto di Lago,ma mai visto cotto per intero dovendo farsi male con le lische senza averlo pulito! Sentendosi dire dal cameriere che dovevamo optare per un'altra cosa se non piaceva! "Finito (per dire)" il fritto non siamo state più considerate per un eventuale dolce/caffè o altro.
Cosa gravissima durante il pasto c'è stato un inconveniente di un insetto dentro un calice di vino pieno, il quale visto più volte dal solito cameriere, non è stato neanche chiesto se potevano cambiarlo o per lo meno non farcelo pagare dato che non è stato quasi consumato ne sostituito!! Prezzi esagerati e differenti dal menu scritto. Ultima cosa penosa è che l'insegna del ristorante in vista è "Pizzeria da Frank " anziché "Pizzeria Bounty"! Molto probabilmente per non poter scrivere recensioni di esperienze pessime come la nostra. Questo non è saper fare quel tipo di lavoro! Potessi dare -10 lo farei.
