13/07/2025: sehr gutes Essen, raffinierte Auswahl und mit liebe gekocht sei es Fisch oder Fleisch man hat gute Auswahl auch die Pizza 's sind beliebt wenn ich sehe wieviele auch Pizza zum mitnehmen holen kommen. Man kann draussen wie auch im Saal drinnen essen , empfehlenswert ist immer zu Reservieren ansonsten kann mann Pech haben das man kein Platz findet.

Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate dal proprietario al personale ma soprattutto dalle pietanze .. tutto era ottimo ..si possono sentire tutti i sapori ma tutto si lega alla perfezione. Grande impegno sulla ricerca della qualità che viene servita sapientemente. Un misto fra Sicilia e Umbria sapori antichi trattati in modo moderno e innovativo, il tutto fatto a mano da lui compresi pane pasta e dolci. Non è stata una semplice cena ma ..un viaggio. Complimenti..!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

13/08/2025: We had lunch and dinner there during our four-day vacation in Perugia. The food was very good and the service excellent. There's a reason you have to book every night to get a table. Highly recommended.

The staff is always super welcoming and helpful, while the location is beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet full of high-quality products are also excellent. Highly recommended.

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 26/05/2025: Hemos vuelto muchas veces a esta hermosa villa en los últimos veinte años. Dirigida por la familia durante muchas generaciones, la bienvenida siempre es cálida para todos. La comida es excelente, de temporada y preparada con cuidado. Elección de vino, nunca decepciona. El servicio es excepcional. Todo dentro de esta hermosa villa con su autenticidad situada en impresionantes jardines. Por supuesto que volveremos. Gracias.

06/05/2025: Cena ottima, prodotti della zona, personale gentile , simpatico e preparato. Prezzo un po' alto, ma la qualità si paga, giustamente. Carciofi ottimi come la carne e le tagliatelle fatte in casa. Ottimi gli amari.

Steak was underwhelming and overcooked, fries were harder than chips with no soft center, no wine served with the meal, and the wine offered after was clearly mismatched. Sides arrived late, and presentation was sloppy. Far better meals elsewhere in Città della Pieve at a third of the price.

26/07/2025: Disappointing. At €100 per person (excluding alcohol), there was no room for error — yet several dishes fell short of expectations. The tuna and salmon sushi and nigiri were good, but the fish-to-rice ratio felt unbalanced, with too much fish. Some pieces even had seaweed coming loose. The fatty tuna sashimi was excellent, but the medium-fatty tuna was stringy and lacked finesse. The Wagyu nigiri was especially underwhelming — the meat was bland and offered none of the rich flavor one would expect. The waitress described the fruit sashimi dessert as a mix of exotic fruits like mango, passion fruit, and kiwi. In reality, there wasn’t a single exotic fruit on the plate — just apples, melon, strawberries, watermelon and plums. The free appetisers were really good. We waited a lot between each sushi plate. The decor resembled that of a hotel restaurant — polished, but lacking authenticity or atmosphere. All in all, we expected much more for such a steep price.

07/07/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha.
