12/06/2025: The food was mediocre at best, at one point a really loud song essentially stopped our ability to have a conversation, and the servers have not payed attention to the table all night, left all the empty waters and brought no new ones and each meal takes 20 mins to get cleared after we are done. The venue however is gorgeous with wonderful views of the city and places to sit and relax and watch as the sun sets

Very attentive service, precise and delicious cuisine, and a breathtaking view!
For the terrace, be sure to book early; there are only two tables.
A wonderful memory of our stay in Florence.

But the service is terrible: unfriendly and incompetent.

08/06/2025: I have been back to eat here several times, but this time the experience was particularly nice. The menu has some really good new dishes, the dishes we tried pleasantly surprised us.
I liked the livers with glaze, the sea bass accompanied by mango leche. The fettuccine with squid ink and the Cinta Senese cheek literally melted in the mouth because it was so tender.
The dishes chosen by my partner were also excellent, confirming the excellent cuisine, the service was also attentive, discreet and friendly, helping to make the experience even more pleasant.
The price is in line with the quality of both the food and the environment: serene, well-kept and welcoming. A restaurant that manages to exceed expectations every time.
Ps: The spa is also very beautiful!
04/06/2025: All very nice. Also frequented by people from the entertainment world. Lots of hydromassage stations. The pool is hot 😞 unfortunately. The cooler hotel pools are better

the place is suggestive and it is the strong point.
the quantity of food is simply poor for the price and it is the worst thing in my opinion…spending €25 and still being even more hungry than when you entered.
Stay away, nothing personal eh but in all 6 of my trips to Tuscany I ate really badly here in relation to the money spent.
29/06/2025: The place is nice, the food is not bad but unfortunately the service is not up to the bill. We had to ask for the wine bucket several times, as well as ask for the second course or even the light because it was now night and we had neither a candle nor a lamp. There was also a queue to pay the bill. Let's say that the quality/price ratio is not there.

27/05/2025: Reading the reviews will get you nowhere, this place is so good, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, we originally sat inside but asked if it's okay to sit outside, they immediately said yes and showed us outside, the music was nice and chill, we were able to have a conversation without being loud.
The food is seriously so good, the wait time is standard when it's busy, but what else do you expect? It's not fast food.
10/10 we loved it!

15/04/2025: Presso il ristorante Brandolino, l'accoglienza, la location e il menù sono di livello alto L'attenzione verso il cliente si avverte, il Sig. Mario che ha curato il nostro servizio è stato gentilissimo: cappellotti squisiti, di giusta quantità, secondi eccezionali.
Conclusione, ci torneremo , i proprietari seguono tutti i tavoli con attenzione e cura. Altamente consigliato

13/05/2025: Disfrutamos de nuestros desayunos y cenas en El Giardingo. El personal era excelente también. Lapa (espero haber escrito bien su nombre) y el hombre durante el desayuno y el almuerzo (ojalá pudiera recordar su nombre) fueron especialmente sobresalientes. La bistecca Allá florentino que compartimos fue increíble. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!

What can I say about the food, oh my, delicious, the calzone with tuna is the best I've eaten in all these years in Italy. Really compliments 👌🏼

28/05/2025: Imaginative atmosphere, a bit noisy. The bill is a bit steep (50 for two sandwiches and side dish + drink) but the burger is very good, excellent meat and soft bread.
20/05/2025: Unfortunately our first experience at this place was not very positive. From the moment we sat down, an hour passed before they took our orders, I understand that on a Saturday night there are a lot of people, but the wait was really too long. We had to ask for the menus to be brought to us (after more than half an hour since we arrived) and attract the attention of the staff several times. It's a real shame because the place is nice (with a lot of items from the most famous fantasy sagas) and they have a wide selection of beers, the food is not bad. Unfortunately the service was really bad.

28/05/2025: Nos recibió un personal muy cálido y amable. Nos ayudaron con nuestras dificultades lingüísticas. Teníamos la sopa toscana, el pesto linguini, ensalada, verduras mixtas a la parrilla, tiramisú y vino blanco. La comida era deliciosa y el precio era razonable.

05/06/2025: Abbiamo passato una piacevole serata in questo locale con una vista incantevole, a pochi metri dal mare.
La qualità delle materie prime si sente, ma da rivedere il servizio di alcuni camerieri molto distratti ed un conto molto salato.
Antipasto di crudo a 45€ mi è sembrato troppo per la scarsa quantità di pesce
