09/10/2025: Fantastic from start to finish. Very considered food - excellent depth of flavour, interesting combinations, presented beautifully and diligently served. The amuse-bouches highlight the chef’s devotion to detail and delight. The fact that so many of the dishes across the menu are coeliac-friendly highlights the thoughtfulness of the recipes. Worth every cent

02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours. We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

07/07/2025: Bellissima atmosfera con vista mare, perfetta per una serata rilassante o una cena speciale. Il pesce è cucinato alla perfezione: fresco, saporito e presentato con grande cura. In particolare, consiglio vivamente le braciole di pesce spada e le linguine alle vongole, davvero deliziose. Anche le pizze sono ottime, ben cotte e con ingredienti di qualità. Il tutto è accompagnato da una vasta selezione di vini e prosecco. Servizio attento, cordiale e professionale. Consigliatissimo!

23/09/2025: Beware of the grappa rip-off! After you've ordered and received the bill, a grappa is placed in front of you. You think it's on the house, since the bill was already ordered and the grappa wasn't. When you then want to pay, you're billed for the grappa separately, and the old bill is torn up. The food was okay, but this rip-off ruined our evening.

22/09/2025: The food was good, a bit expensive tho, but what you could expect for the location. The worst part was the service, they looked at us in the wrong way since the beginning, i would give it a -3 if the app let me... The woman looks at you as if she annoyed by your presence. Wouldn't recommend it

17/08/2025: Where to begin? Perfect wouldn't be the full story! We had to organize the wedding remotely, living in Switzerland, so we had no time to think about the details. Antonella was incredibly available from the very first moment, accommodating our every request and helping us with everything. The wedding day was absolutely magnificent; Antonio and the staff were exceptionally professional, attentive to every detail. The venue was stunning, a portrait of rural Sicily...a dream. The food was extraordinary and breathtaking. Our guests, from all over Europe and the world, were all ecstatic. We couldn't have asked for anything better! 10/10/2025: As many others, I rarely write bad reviews and do it with genuine regret. Unfortunately, this time I have to. I made a dinner reservation for two through the restaurant’s website and also sent an email to kindly point out that their Instagram link leads to a completely unrelated profile. My email was appreciated, and my reservation was confirmed. Sergio was very professional and kind in his reply. All good so far. When we arrived at the restaurant at the reserved time, it turned out there was no reservation under my name. The restaurant was only about 20% full, so it wasn’t a problem and we were seated right away. We looked at the menu and were ready to order, but no one came. After sitting for 30 minutes, I asked one of the waitresses if someone could please take our order. She said that only the boss takes the orders. In the meantime, we were offered wine. Another 10–15 minutes passed before the “boss” finally came to our table and took our order. By that point, it had been about 45 minutes since we arrived. We also noticed that some tables who arrived later were served before us. Based on other reviews, I can agree that the restaurant seems to favor certain guests over others. We ordered a platter of fresh fish and two main dishes. The fish platter arrived without anything acidic to balance the flavors — no lemon, no vinegar, nothing. We asked one of the waiters (who seemed to also be one of the “bosses”) for some lemon or vinegar. He looked slightly annoyed and said someone would come. A few minutes later, another waiter came to ask if we wanted him to explain what was on the fish platter. We said no, we’d just like some lemon please. He still went on to explain each fish in detail, and only after that did we get our lemon slices, about 5 minutes later. The main dishes were fine, just simple and fresh, but nothing special. Perhaps the chef’s concept is to serve everything rich and fried without adding anything sour to balance it, but as a guest, I shouldn’t feel awkward asking for a bit of lemon. The number of times we had to wave or call for service was simply too much. We are not picky guests at all, but this was just a poor experience. Everything took far too long and we felt neglected. Not once did anyone come to check if everything was all right. We always had to ask for attention ourselves. And this was with the restaurant less than half full. The food was mediocre and the service, unfortunately, among the worst I have encountered. Perhaps it felt even more disappointing because I had been really looking forward to this dinner to celebrate my birthday and had such a pleasant communication with Sergio beforehand. Sorry, Sergio.
