22/05/2026: The hotel is well-located and central, yet we were able to park on the street every day without any problems. It's nicely renovated and comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant because we went on a day trip to the beautiful beaches of Sardinia. We would definitely return.

22/05/2026: The central location is excellent for the feast of Sant'Egidio on May 1st. The breakfast isn't the best, it's standard. But the staff is always helpful. The rooms aren't bad, a little dated but comfortable. Antique in the beautiful sense. In any case, there are some valuable collectibles. Kudos to the owner for that.

17/08/2026: We arrived at 2:15 pm for lunch. The waiter told us that it wasn't possible because the kitchen closes at 2 pm. I wonder why you would provide service on the beach if you're not available with the service? At 2 pm we go to lunch and you close? Why? A person on vacation doesn't go to lunch at 1 pm. What a shame about yet another poorly organized service.

17/08/2026: Poor dining room management: the owner ruins the kitchen and wait staff. We dined at this restaurant at a table of seven. While the chef offers potentially good dishes and the wait staff are committed, the owner's management has proven to be completely inadequate and lacking any sense of hospitality. The problems began when we ordered our first courses (all of which were on the menu). When we ordered, the owner informed us that there were "too many" choices and that the kitchen couldn't serve us all at once. This is an unacceptable excuse for a restaurant: forcing a customer to change their order so as not to argue is the opposite of good service. The situation worsened when it came to service: one dish was missing. When asked for an explanation, we were told with a hasty "it'll be here in two minutes." The reality, clearly, was that the owner had made a transcription error on the order. The missing dish arrived after almost 20 minutes, forcing one person to eat alone while the others had already finished. Faced with this mistake, the owner showed no humility whatsoever: no formal apology, no justification, just a systematic and embarrassing attempt to avoid our table for the rest of the evening. Etiquette and respect for the customer were zero. A note of merit (but only half-hearted) goes to the cuisine: the spaghetti with lobster was made with excellent ingredients and a giant, beautiful claw. However, the kitchen was lacking in practicality: the shell was not pre-cracked or cut before service. Providing only a pair of tongs at the table means forcing the customer into a test of strength that inevitably results in splashes of sauce on their clothes while the pasta cools. The scenic effect should never detract from the overall enjoyment of the dish. What a shame. A restaurant cannot thrive if its manager doesn't know how to manage orders, doesn't accept their own mistakes, and doesn't know how to interact with the public. We won't be going back.
