Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Alex Ristorante, and it was a truly exceptional experience! Every dish we tasted was exquisite, prepared with care and with the highest quality ingredients. Compliments to the chef and staff for their attention to detail, impeccable service and kindness.
The environment is intimate, elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner. After discovering this restaurant, it will certainly be a fixed stop every time we pass through beautiful Lecce.
Highly recommended!

16/01/2025: Unique, beautiful location with fantastic skyline.. 2 stars for the service offered, the elderly and very unserious head nurse with poor professionalism was really not appreciated. Zero welcome, non-existent serving service, quick and chaotic clearing... on the other hand the food was good. I hope it was a coincidence.

We had dinner with friends on Thursday evening.
Spectacular food, I recommend the orecchiette with porcini mushrooms and sausage, and the gnocchi with spinach and shrimp. Quiet-relaxed environment, like a place from times gone by.
There is normally car parking nearby without any problems.

19/01/2025: Given that my experience took place on New Year's Eve, so when the menu certainly could have been better; the service was overloaded and with the restaurant full the waiting times were difficult to plan... However, I must say that the dining room staff behaved in a professional manner and really did their best. Nice, pleasant and well heated environment, very suggestive. A dinner that could have shone on something but which remained within the standards but which, I repeat, should be re-evaluated at a different time, which I intend to do. Certainly a lot of attention to detail

22/01/2025: Hervorragendes Essen, mit Schwerpunkt "Alles aus dem Meer", frisch zubereitet, sehr appetitlich - auch fürs Auge - angerichtet u. professionell serviert. Dazu ein hervorragender Wein. Nicht zu vergessen das hervorragende, selbstgebackene Brot.
Das Personal, sehr zurückhaltend u. äußerst aufmerksam.
Das Ambiente einfach dezent-nobel u. trotzdem einladend. Hat unsere Erwartungen, mehr als erfüllt. Aber eine solche Qualität hat auch ihren Preis!
31/12/2024: Piatti ben bilanciati tra classicità e sperimentazione. Servizio cortese. Ambiente gradevole. In sintesi: una piacevole occasione . Corretto rapporto qualità / prezzo. Un suggerimento per migliorare l’esperienza. Una qualità simile meriterebbe un maggiore comfort, magari tavoli leggermente più grandi o più distanziati. In ogni caso consigliato.

10/02/2025: One of the few open restaurants in February. Food was okay, prices are high. What is awesome here is the ambiance and view! Wouldn’t come back because we found it expensive. But its a beautiful place.
04/01/2025: Attratto dalla vista mare e dal menu ci siamo seduti. Non mi era mai successo di non mangiare nulla al ristorante. tris di antipasti: il tonno era stato scottato secoli prima quindi è arrivata una tagliata semi cruda e gelata..durissima ovviamente ( la mia arte è andata al mio cane), crostini con gamberi zucchine e zafferano fatti con i mini gamberetti del supermercato. Ravioli di cernia ( non buoni alla base) che dovevano essere conditi con un pesto di pomodorini, rucola e granella di nocciole e invece c'era una salsa acidissima con sapore indefinibile.
Servizio cortese, ma frettoloso.
Non avendo mangiato nulla hanno avuto la gentilezza di non farci pagare i due calici di vino...magra consolazione.
Peccato perché il locale e la posizione andrebbero onorati con una buona cucina
