08/06/2026: Beautiful historic building in the center of Polignano. The restaurant offers parking for guests, very convenient given the summer heat. We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.
02/06/2026: We have been there more than once, the last one last Sunday for a confirmation, we ate divinely... from the appetizer to the dessert... sublime first courses, even the second courses, impeccable service.. congratulations

28/05/2026: Everything was truly "wonderful" in name, but above all in fact!!! The staff was truly kind, professional, and highly trained! Each dish was a journey between tradition and innovation (the chef was also excellent).
