19/08/2025: Great setting to a lovely meal which was carefully curated and super flavourful. The waves accompanying the scrumptious meal were a real delight. Hard to book but we finally managed to get a table and it was well worth it. Thanks to the staff for the attentive service and to the chef for an amazing experience. Menu is not long but great selections. We should be back soon as the courgettes and the potatoes were cooked to perfection. Thank you

14/07/2025: I loved both the beautiful location and the restaurant. The food was excellent, the service excellent. I was very satisfied. Furthermore, at the end of dinner we were able to visit the museum with the remains of an ancient Roman imperial villa located beneath the building. Wonderful!

22/02/2025: Note to self: Antipasta does not mean pasta 😭 It means before pasta. Oh well, the service was really nice tho and convenient to my stay.

12/10/2025: I vasittari. A lunchtime hotspot for those who work in the area, and not just those who do. They offer a wide selection of pre-packaged dishes, all prepared in-house. You can dine in (the restaurant has expanded) or take out. Very friendly service. Recommended.

27/07/2025: Durante il mio soggiorno all’Hilton di Fiumicino, ho deciso di cenare al ristorante Le Colonne, anche un po’ per necessità dopo aver scoperto che una corsa in taxi fino al centro di Fiumicino (appena 3 km) mi sarebbe costata ben 35 euro a tratta. Non ero disposto a spendere 70 euro solo per spostarmi, soprattutto considerando che la qualità del cibo altrove sarebbe stata probabilmente la stessa. Con piacere posso dire che il ristorante dell’hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il cibo è buono, ben presentato e con ingredienti di qualità. Il servizio è eccellente, cortese, attento e professionale – davvero all’altezza delle aspettative per un ristorante d’albergo di questo livello. Se proprio devo trovare una nota meno positiva, direi che il menu è un po’ limitato in termini di scelta. Tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva è stata più che soddisfacente. Consiglio questo ristorante a chi soggiorna in zona o è di passaggio all’aeroporto: comodo, piacevole e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando il contesto

22/07/2025: Almorzamos y cenamos aquí durante nuestra estancia de una noche en Roma. El personal de camarero fue fantástico en ambas ocasiones. Fueron muy amables y serviciales. Tres de cada cinco miembros de nuestra familia están libres de gluten y tenían pasta y pan sin gluten para que disfrutemos. La ensalada de quinua y ribeye eran fantásticos! Esto fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba para un restaurante de hotel.
