06/09/2025: With my trusty e-bike, I pedal toward Alba Adriatica, stopping briefly in Giulianova. My destination is Pineta Beach, a remarkable beach resort with a restaurant, where I happily return to meet the owners, Lara and Marcello, who are kind, courteous, and professional, and have long been among my best friends. I must also praise the efficiency of the entire staff. Now I'm sitting at the table and I plan to fully enjoy this day, especially because for the frugal but special meal, I'm relying on the excellent chef Adriana, whom I already know as the "grandmother of traditions." Today's specials are: "Seafood Ceppe" and "Fried Anchovies." And... enjoy your meal....

03/09/2025: I've been coming to Alba Adriatica on holiday for two years. I discovered this place last year by pure chance while browsing Just Eat. What can I say? I was speechless. It was AMAZING. I ordered home delivery, and the delivery was super punctual. The gentleman who delivered was kinder than I've ever seen, and it was the same guy who delivered every time, both last year and this year. I highly recommend it. We ordered the panuozzo and the pizza, and I can describe them in one word: AMAZING in every way: quality, taste, and quantity. Everything was amazing, and I still highly recommend it. As for the prices, I'm basing my opinion on the products I ordered, so the price is more than fair for the food you get, as I said before. When I return to northern Italy after my holidays, I sometimes dream of being able to order it from there too, it's so good.

23/05/2025: Wow! What an amazing experience. The dishes were prepared with precision and tasted excellent. Everything was light, fresh, and flavourful. It felt like you could taste the passion and thoughtfulness put into each dish with every bite. My favourite dish was the dessert, a beautiful mound of plum wrapped in a delicate yet tasty cheese. One of the best and most unique dishes i’ve tasted in Italy. The service was incredible and the owner was extremely friendly - highly recommend anyone that finds themselves looking for some amazing seafood to dine at Il Palmizio - a truly wonderful night 🙏

11/08/2025: The owners are very friendly and they strive to meet their guests' needs. This modest property has just a few rooms, perhaps ten at most, which also helps keep things simple. The price is very reasonable: 10 days' accommodations with breakfast cost €800. I'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: We were on vacation in Alba Adriatica, and on the last night before leaving, we decided to go there for dinner. The place is new and clean, you order with a tablet at the table, and the menu is extensive! The dishes were delicious and carefully prepared, and the service was fast. It's a shame we live too far away to be able to return.

15/09/2025: Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. Our order was served quickly, and the quality of the pizzas was decent. However, as soon as we'd finished our food—our drinks weren't even finished yet—the owner pointed at us and instructed the waiter to clear the table for waiting guests. The waiter immediately asked us if we wanted to pay, and just two minutes later, the bill was on the table. We felt like we were being rushed out, even though we would have liked to have finished our drinks and ordered dessert in peace. This unfortunately significantly tarnished the otherwise solid impression of the pizzeria.

31/08/2025: We happened upon breakfast here by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We tried two cakes and a bombolone, accompanied by a cappuccino: the cappuccino was well-made, complete with a chocolate decoration; the apricot tart was very good, unexpectedly, served with whipped cream on the side. I highly recommend the mint and coconut cake! The staff were attentive and courteous; the place was clean and had a wide selection of spirits. We'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: A must-do experience when you go to Italy. A top-notch gelateria with natural flavors. A warm welcome, thanks to Catherine for her kindness, good humor, and her ice cream tips. Go there with your eyes closed!

08/10/2025: Excellent homemade ice cream. Catherine is always there to serve us with a smile. A little extra because she speaks French. I recommend this establishment.

12/08/2025: €15 for a mix of stale fried foods, where everything had been re-fried to the point of being dry and dark in breading. I'm sorry, but it's not worth it; it's a steal for the food they served.

13/09/2025: A small but charming place, with tables both inside and outside, with table service or self-service. You can eat pizza by the plate or by the slice, as well as arrosticini and various house appetizers. Everything is delicious and well-seasoned, with moderate prices.

08/08/2025: The food is very good, the only flaw is the girl behind the counter who is very rude.

06/10/2025: The waiters were good, but in the end the bill wasn't accurate, and when I re-checked it at home, I was in for a nasty surprise. Unless, of course, 5 places, 1 bottle of water, and 1 can of orange soda come to 14 euros. Check your bill before paying and get a retail receipt. I would have left a tip, but I noticed the waiter at the register took care of that.
