02/11/2025: Two of us went yesterday, November 1st. It was packed, but the service was very efficient, with reasonable wait times. We had tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, guanciale, and saffron, which were truly excellent 🤤😍, and then the Angus steak served on a soapstone, so you could decide how well you want the meat done! Everything was delicious; I absolutely recommend going there!

16/11/2025: Have you ever had the chance to taste refined dishes like a work of art served in an art gallery? At Ettore you can experience all this and if you like some work of art you can also buy it, at Ettore it's all an experience, a small but welcoming place the presentation of the dishes is worthy of a starred restaurant, in short I could continue with the adjectives but it would be useless the only thing to do is go there and live the experience!!! ! !.......... and I forgot and the bill is absolutely honest!!! ! Recommended 👍👍👍

05/07/2025: It's strange to find traditional Roman pizza in Tagliacozzo but that's how it is. The first time we stopped by chance just before closing and it seemed like a "normal" place. We returned a few days later and the line filled the sidewalk! I don't like queuing (under the sun) but it was worth it and that's all I have to say. Only white, red and potato pizza. Few things but done well.

05/10/2025: Stunning place nestled near the river, excellent cuisine, the only thing is the portions are really small, the parmigiana was really a taste the size of a spoon, an aubergine but even half more doesn't cost you anything, especially since it costs 8 euros... It's a shame to see a beautiful place get lost for this nonsense.

08/09/2025: Yesterday, there were six of us (long-time customers) and we started with five entrees (€13-€14 each on the menu), generous in size, as requested. The prices are already quite high, but it's your choice whether to go or not, but we were shocked to see our bill charged 2 x 5 = €10 for the large portions. WHAT A SHAME!!! The restaurant has lost six customers forever.

27/08/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE! I've NEVER eaten so badly at a restaurant! You shouldn't just boast about your dishes and products, they ACTUALLY need to have consistency and quality. Unfortunately, I found NONE of this! I had the most comprehensive appetizer, and luckily, the cured meat slices couldn't even be seen against the light, they were so thin, and the two slices of cheese were the thickness of a toothpick. We immediately complained, and the owner replied that no one had ever complained about her appetizer. Reading the reviews later, we realized that wasn't the case! Even the scamorza with prosciutto wasn't worth it, the portion was small and the flavor lacked. The menu was poor, with no variety to choose from. In short, a truly disgusting and disappointing dinner, not to mention shameful!

02/11/2025: Very clean rooms equipped with everything, including a mini-fridge. A generous breakfast buffet is served, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city center. The restaurant serves excellent fish and meat dishes. Wood-fired oven.

21/09/2025: While strolling around Tagliacozzo, I only discovered this pastry shop today. The chocolate is excellent!

05/09/2025: A distinctive atmosphere, somewhere between rustic and modern, features outdoor seating in the obelisk square and three indoor dining rooms for cooler or rainy evenings. The pizzas are excellent, both with and without crust (specify when ordering). Tex Willer-style grilled steaks and traditional Abruzzo dishes are also available. Service is fast and attentive. The red beer is excellent. Prices are reasonable, but not excessive.

02/09/2025: Homemade and excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, located on the main square in front of a fountain, very fair price, I highly recommend it
