02/12/2024: Excellent restaurant in very nice town. I enjoyed every aspect of my meal, the food, the service, and the ambiance. I speak very little Italian, and the server spoke next to no English, but we figured it out! I will return.

15/09/2024: Era una serata Normale e con mia Moglie sono andato in questo piccolo, ma delizioso nell' Ambiente, Ristorante Da Ettore. E dopo una "Scarpetta di Humos" ho capito che tutto sarebbe stato fantastico. Un vino adeguato al tipo di "Comida" come i Ravioli, I Funghi Freschi, i Fagottini al gorgonzola e Pere, con una spettacolare crema di Fagioli.
Poi un delicato Bocconcino di Scottona Adagiata su cipolline e prugne. Era terminata la cena, ma considerato il Livello.. la Mousse al Torroncini è stata molto gradita. Evito di raccontare come sia terminato il tutto. Però un Brandy di classe ed un Caffè sono stati i nostri compagni di uscita. Mi permetto di raccomandare questo Buonissimo Ristorante alla mano, ma Gourmet nell' ANIMA. Auguri. Il Conto?? Bè dopo quanto detto..dire che € 130,00 rappresenti il dovuto, direi che invece il pagato nell' intorno di € 50,00 a persona ha destata la mia Meraviglia. Grazie.

25/08/2024: Suggestive place located in the oldest part of Tagliacozzo, a true "village within a village" with a beautiful river and beautiful water points that branch out from the main block to other eating areas. Simple dishes, a streamlined menu, the strong point is the pasta, whether stuffed or not, and the meat is truly tender and well served. The only flaw that I have found in other places is the lack of preparation of the waiters (nothing that cannot be worked on) but this does not mean that it does not deserve the best. In my opinion the best place in Tagliacozzo (for now) let's see if they continue like this. Compliments.
22/08/2024: Pranzo di ferragosto..ottima location, servizio cosi così ( vino caldo e un'ora di attesa per una lattina di coca cola) secondo piatto immangiabile ( agnello fritto rinsecchito) prezzo un po' esagerato. ( 50 euro a persona). Forse troppe accettazioni per la potenzialità della cucina e del servizio..

04/11/2024: I have been to this restaurant twice and I can say that you cannot pay 18 euros for a plate of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms which are very poor both in quantity and proportions, let's not forget that we are in Abruzzo, land of porcini mushrooms, very little starter, the pork cutlets excellent lamb....I wouldn't go back
09/10/2024: Truly a must-see for us! The environment is rustic, genuine, simple but authentic: it feels like entering a grandfather's old courtyard and the welcome you feel is familiar and affectionate. In summer it is wonderful to eat under the pergola, in winter the internal environment is warm and welcoming without being excessive. The Abruzzo cuisine is worthily brought to the table: a lamb worthy of an Oscar, even if I admit that I go there above all for their ravioli with must!
The welcome "cuddles" were also greatly appreciated: fried bread with some rolled salami. The cellar is also excellent!
Overall, highly recommended and congratulations to the management!

10/12/2024: Prenoto oggi per le 20.00... Dopo aver chiamato la proprietaria mi riferisce che si accettano solo contanti... Alle 19 mi contatta la proprietaria che vuole la conferma della prenotazione... Alle 20.06 arriviamo al locale e lo troviamo chiuso! Al telefono la proprietaria non risponde! Vergognatevi...siamo arrivati da Roma.... Sarà l ultima volta!

27/08/2024: The small place in the center is very nice. Fireplace and open kitchen. The dishes are quite good, the meat sauce and the soup are good. On the downside: expensive for the portions and recipes, small portions and kebabs finished at 9pm... which for Abruzzo is quite absurd. The dishes were good but the platter very ordinary. Portions not adequate for the price. I don't understand how we can talk about excellent value for money when the portions are small, the cured meats are ordinary and it costs €18 per serving minimum.... The lamb was so small that the waiter came to add it of his own free will
