04/10/2025: For a select few, connoisseurs of all five senses... Yes, even hearing, when you hear Barbara's spoon clink at the end of the meal as she whips the cream on the spot. Thanks to Andrea for making us reconcile ourselves with the idea of eating at a restaurant!!
03/10/2025: Wonderful place the host Andrea is very knowledgeable of the food of the region and the quality of the ingredients is remarkable. Healthy and plentiful lunch. Lovely spot and all the food is healthy as well, recommended!

11/10/2025: If you're looking for a typical Abruzzo restaurant, this isn't the place for you.
1) The menu you see in the photos isn't the current menu. Prices are about double the price, and the dishes are completely different.
2) Raw lamb and lentil soup with sprouted lentils.
3) Expensive, but the quality/price ratio is 👎🏻.

We literally savoured mouth-watering platters, featuring a wide variety of products, all of which were of excellent quality, refined, and tasteful in their presentation. We found the cool air wonderful for this summer, a warm welcome for us and our furry friend, and spectacular prices, just like their craft beers! Professional, attentive staff who welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home! Coffee, pastries included, and the option to take away

30/06/2025: We took a cutting board and a beer, a lot of variety of cured meats, cheeses and local products. The place is very nice, with tables both in the square and in the cave.

17/09/2025: I walked in just after it opened at 8 PM. There were two tables with people at them. I had made a reservation. There was one table with one place set for me. I assumed I sat down two more groups, walked down and sat down and got water and wine and I got nothingI consider that rudeness and not to be tolerated
11/09/2025: Chosen for a quick dinner after a stroll around Santo Stefano. The lentil soup was excellent, as were the gnocchi with ragù. The waiter who served us was courteous. The service was more than timely. Good value for money.

21/07/2025: Es un hallazgo increíble. Excelente comida elaborada con ingredientes locales. Cada plato es único y cuidadosamente preparado. El restaurante es precioso y la terraza tiene una vista magnífica. Todo ello en un pueblo medieval restaurado. Agregue a este servicio atento, sofisticado pero amigable y estará lo más cerca posible de una experiencia gastronómica perfecta y se encontrará en cualquier lugar. Un verdadero descubrimiento. Fantastic.
20/07/2025: Locale non adatto agli abruzzesi menu’ povero è il cameriere ha tolto due portate ai primi due ai secondi eccetera capite che se l’ospite si siede e su un menu di 10 portate ne tolgono 4 di cui rimane il baccalà formaggio arrostito e lasci come carne un tacchino porchettato riscaldato e male odorante lo abbiamo lasciato nel piatto e’uno specchietto per le allodole per turisti ripeto gli abruzzesi non DEVONO entrare non esiste la carne alla griglia mi sembra una presa per il ……. Cambiate mestiere

04/11/2023: Pranzo con amici di famiglia al centro di Santo Stefano. Location molto semplice, sembra di stare in un ambiente caldo, casalingo. Proprietario molto disponibile, grande appassionato di birra e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.
Antipasto abbondante, vario e di qualità. Formaggi con confettura, salumi, salsicce al tartufo e peperoni, ricotta e qualche verdura cruda per rinfrescare il tutto. Primo sale in pastella fritto, assolutamente consigliato con l'antipasto.
Primi buoni ma ammetto che non mi hanno colpito. Il tonnarello uova e pancetta con zafferano è risultato troppo secco e povero di zafferano, si sentiva veramente poco. L'altro primo con tartufo invece era palesemente imbibito di olio al sentore di tartufo. Insomma discreti e in linea con il prezzo, và detto, non mi aspettavo oltre.
Arrosticini eccellenti! Cotti alla perfezione e salati il giusto.
Ottima carta dei vini, ottima la selezione di birre!
Prezzo in linea con quanto mangiato e bevuto.
Da provare ma tornando proverei altro.

21/04/2025: Antipasto tagliere salumi e formaggi ricco e di qualità. Primi piatti chitarra all'amatriciana e gnocchi eccellenti. Ottima la grigliata di carne. Personale preparato, professionale ed accogliente. Lo consiglio
