Andrea and Barbara have the gift of understanding how precious the trust their guests place in choosing their restaurant is, and they truly understand the value of time! The time people choose to spend in their restaurant is the time needed to grow authentic products and prepare them with the necessary care. The restaurant is small (about 12 seats), with meticulous attention to detail. The menu is fixed and the same for all guests, and dinner is at 8:00 PM. Barbara prepares delicious vegetarian recipes using local products grown directly near the restaurant, while Andrea welcomes his guests with great warmth and kindness, introducing the restaurant, their daily activities, and each course with meticulous care, conveying all their love for growing products and their artisanal preparation according to ancient traditions.
