23/03/2026: Ample parking. Unfortunately, it's only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A multi-course appetizer costs €18 per person, and you need to order at least one for two people. I didn't like it. The giardiniera was tough, the parmigiana was almost white, the prosciutto was very fatty, and the pork rind and beans were overcooked and bland. We didn't order anything afterward except two fruit salads. These were excellent. The price was €60. We'll be back without the appetizers.

08/01/2026: Everything was excellent, from the wine to the sublime food. The highest quality products were served with great professionalism. The place is warm and, above all, clean. The cuisine is tasty and varied, featuring local products expertly cooked by the chef and served with elegance. If you're passing through Pacentro, stop by, and if you don't, make time to go.

05/01/2026: Really good impression, the best food that we had in Abruzzo during New Year period. Pasta meals, wine, atmosphere and service at the top level in a beatufilu Pacentro.

15/03/2026: Very kind staff (the owner's daughter, but not him). But the food was truly mediocre. The truffle and saffron chitarrine were completely tasteless, the truffle never arrived, I've never eaten such a tasteless truffle (frozen? Fake papier-mâché? Who knows), not even a trace of saffron with the Ris and genetics methodology. My partner's tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (absent) and cardoncelli mushrooms were truly awful, they were in oil (but seed oil!!). The appetizers for two (there were four of us) = 4, only 1 arrived (that is, for two people). The meatballs were two meat and two cheese and egg, but we had told them that two of us were vegetarians and we found ourselves with meatballs in our mouths. We mentioned it and not even an apology (I'm not even mentioning the discount). The rest was pointless. The ending was a surprise. The owner quickly calculated the bill, without giving us an invoice or a clear receipt, totaling 150. Since we paid by card, she still had to give us a receipt, but only the total was there. The bills didn't add up for us... So, trust a Sicilian who knows his way around fine cuisine and has tried it throughout Italy, Europe, and the world... go elsewhere. I feel sorry for the owner's daughter, who, I repeat, was very kind (even if she did the final bill).

24/02/2026: Taverna De li Caldora stands out for its carefully crafted cuisine and authentic flavors. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere is in keeping with the charm of Pacentro, a charming village despite its somewhat isolated location.
