I had the pleasure of dining at Villa Goetzen. A charming place, restored with great attention to its history and masterfully furnished. The dishes are surprising in their combinations, a quest for innovation, and respect for tradition. Compliments to the chefs for their skill in juggling successful ventures with excellent ingredients. Bravo to Pietro, who has found the kitchen the ideal place to express his creativity.
