Villa Goetzen offers class and simplicity in a refined, family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms are welcoming, and after a seafood dinner on the veranda overlooking the Brenta River (I recommend letting chef Massimiliano take care of the preparation, as he will always amaze you), the evening will be perfect. You won't want to miss out.

A charming place, meticulously maintained, very welcoming and clean. Extremely friendly staff, top-notch cuisine, and the dishes look like paintings. We dined on the deck with a cool evening breeze. Recommended for both couples and families. Convenient parking.

I had the pleasure of dining at Villa Goetzen. A charming place, restored with great attention to its history and masterfully furnished. The dishes are surprising in their combinations, a quest for innovation, and respect for tradition. Compliments to the chefs for their skill in juggling successful ventures with excellent ingredients. Bravo to Pietro, who has found the kitchen the ideal place to express his creativity. Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: At Osteria Giorgione da Masa, you can find a truly unique selection of dishes, where Japanese cuisine meets Venetian, creating a menu unlike any other. We opted for a tasting session to try as many dishes as possible. Each dish was a discovery of new flavors, textures, and pairings. The "natural" wine selection, including more niche labels, is excellent. You can dine both inside and out. In good weather, the outdoor atmosphere is lovely, considering the street isn't crowded and there aren't many tourists. Recommended!
29/04/2026: One of the most unique and memorable culinary experiences I had in Venice! The stewed meat with cuttlefish is deeply familiar to Taiwanese luruofan, easily one my favorite things I ordered. Personally would skip the shrimp unless you’re craving it. The tempura with crab sauce was also great — was lucky that totoro was on the menu the day I was there, such a fun dish because you roll your own rolls and the fish and wasabi quality was definitely there! Soy sauce that came with it was more of a paste, but still delicious! The panna cotta is made with a liquor and has an alcoholic taste with it, not my favorite but with the hospitality of the staff, the vibes of the establishment, and quality of the food, I’d highly recommend this spot especially if you’re looking to take a break from all the pasta and pizza. Bravo!

01/04/2026: We had a truly high-quality experience at Mauro's Vecia Osteria in Mirano. You can immediately taste the difference here: excellent ingredients, meticulous selection of the catch, and a cuisine led by Elia, who works with a sure hand, respect, and moderation. The approach created by owner Mauro, based on the market and the inspiration of the day, was convincing from start to finish: incredibly fresh raw seafood, perfectly balanced dishes, crisp flavors, and that rare feeling of being in the right place, at the right table, at the right time. The selection of sparkling wines and accompanying wines is also highly appreciated, the fruit of research, expertise, and true passion. I recommend this place to anyone seeking substance, absolute quality, and authentic seafood culture, without unnecessary embellishments but with plenty of precision and personality. We will ALWAYS return!
