An excellent pizza. Tasty and light. We could easily have had another. The staff was kind and polite. The appetizers and dessert were also top-notch. Beautiful location. Kudos to all the staff.

The pizza didn't rise well this time. I remembered it being better. Perhaps there were some difficulties during the holidays, including with the staff. The ingredients were good.

An A+ experience at Tre Farine.
I was looking for a gluten- and lactose-free pizza that was up to par, and I found the best I've ever had: incredible dough, light and flavorful. But the real surprise is that you don't have to compromise: my partner (who isn't celiac) had a regular pizza and called it phenomenal. It's rare to find a place where both doughs are this good!
The rest of the dinner was impeccable: perfect fried food, dry and crispy.
The place is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil. Special praise to the staff: we felt constantly cared for and pampered throughout the evening.
Highly recommended for couples and mixed groups: everyone eats divinely here!

An excellent experience in every way.
The ortolana was a true revelation: I hadn't eaten anything this good in a long time. The flavors were distinct, clean, authentic. You could taste every single vegetable: mushrooms, escarole, tomato... nothing overpowered anything. Just balance and quality.
The other pizzas were also excellent, with light doughs and great attention to ingredients.
The place is welcoming, elegant, and comfortable, an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and attentive: we felt welcomed and cared for throughout the evening.
Eating well isn't just about nourishing the body, it's about creating emotional well-being: when the environment is right and the food is high-quality, the body releases positive endorphins and happiness becomes real.
And that's exactly what we experienced.
Pizza, when made with intelligence and respect for the ingredients, becomes a universal language.
Tre Farine speaks this language with great class.
Highly recommended. A pizzeria that leaves its mark.
